Was first told my machine had no tension, didn't have time to look at new machines so went back the next day and was told the feed dogs were shot and I would need a new machine. After 2 weeks of trying to decide I took my machine home and thought I would look at it myself. Turned out to be a loose screw. My machine works perfect! Was nothing wrong with my machine he just wanted to make money off me and resell the machine I bought from him 2 years ago. He's just out to make a quick buck. Will never set foot in that place again!

They are always so kind and helpful. And they have a good selection for machines too look at and try.

Sells several brands of sewing machines and longarms at the Southtown store. No external sign. They are off an interior hallway, but worth tracking down. Very knowledgable salespeople and longarm educator.

This place is nothing more than a chop shop for machines. For good service go elsewhere. The owner does not care about customer needs and is a great salesman but not a good listener.

The owner was so nice. He found the perfect sewing machine for my sister and shipped it to her. It had been used at the state fair for about 20 minutes total and he took off about one third of the list price. She just loves her Bernina B770 and, when she was in town, she insisted on going to the store to thank him. Great service and a great deal! Thank you!

I stopped in here today to buy a presser foot for my Bernina sewing machine. The person who was there was very helpful, friendly and professional. I’ll go back when I need other things for my Bernina

Had my mothers over 40 year old sewing machine repaired and now it works like it's brand new. For a very reasonable cost. Super knowledgeable about sewing machines. If you are going to buy a new one, either a cheap one or a higher end model they have all the experience you will need to help you out. I was surprised at the low prices.

I just want to thank Chuck for the fast turnaround in fixing my machine. 2 new parts, cleaning and oil and she runs like new. I have some commissioned embroidery to get done and he really saved me! Thank you, I so appreciate it!

BUYER BEWARE of deceptive sales practices when discussing "trade up." The store will not tell you trafing up is only a good deal if the machine you're trading is owned outright. In other words, if you are still paying for the machine you are trading in, you end up paying for both machines and the net affect is just buying the more expensive machine at the regular price. Also, they do not return phone calls.
