Neil took care of everything with the insurance company and I got my baby back in perfect condition. Grateful to have someone knowledgeable in the insurance process. They're the only body shop I use!

This is a two part review. The first part will address the body work done to the vehicle and the second will address another aspect of the experience I had.
Part 1: I needed some front end work done to repair a broken bumper. From the very beginning this shop was fabulous to work with. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and were very honest about everything. The work they completed was top notch. They painted and blended the new fender flawlessly. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would give them 5 stars for this portion.
Part 2: a day before the car was to be completed I got a call saying the car would not start. Keep in mind I had driven the car into them in good mechanical condition. I was surprised it would not start so I went in to see what the issue was. It wasn’t the battery, starter, alternator, etc. and with they not being a repair shop I was told to pay my debt to them and have it towed elsewhere.
I was not offered a tow or anything to help recoup the cost of the repair. Nothing, just told to get it towed somewhere else. In my opinion, whether the cause of the problem was their fault or not, the car was in their custody when it occurred. I expected a different response from the shop. I think this would have been a no brainer to say they would make it right and fix it, whether their fault or not.
This is the reason for the two star final review number.

Neil and his team at Wright County Collision are wonderful. I had to have my car repaired after an incident of my own making. The Wright County team made the choice and activity of getting it back into the right shape veery easy and at the rate they quoted. I am so pleased with how my car looks and how I was treated but having said that I hope I don't need their services again!

Neil made a crappy situation so much easier to handle. He helped me plan my next steps with insurance and had been in consistent contact with me during the whole process. I never felt lost or confused because of his guidance. I cannot thank Neil and his team enough!

I am writing this on behalf of my mom though I am sure she’ll be submitting her own review. My mother’s parked car was recently hit by a pizza delivery driver and, after an exhausting 6 weeks of trying to communicate with the other driver’s insurance, her car was deemed totaled she ended up getting a settlement check.
Wright County Collision was the fifth collision/repair shop that she called and I am so grateful that the previous four companies failed to reply or had a lengthy waitlist. I live in Idaho and being so far away and unable to help my mom through the process was tough. Then she told me about Neil and I finally felt like she was in good hands. Neil was respectful and empathetic to her situation. She needed to get her car to a repair shop but was unsure as to whether or not it was safe to drive. Neil stopped by her house to take a look at the damage to see if she could drive it safely to his shop roughly 20 minutes away. He stayed he would be communicating with the insurance company regarding nexts steps for her vehicle and that she didn’t need to worry about trying to be the “middle man” between the two.
While he didn’t preform actual work on her vehicle, apart from the inspection for the settlement, it was obvious he truly cared about helping my mom get what she deserved. He was patient and understanding and made her feel like she finally has someone on her side after weeks of unanswered calls/texts to the insurance company.
I truly appreciate Neil and what he did for my mom. You don’t see that kind of service very often anymore.

Semi shredded a tire on I94 and the front end of my 2022 F250 ate the tire. Took minor front end damage. They looked at that day and gave me a fair priced quote for the damage.

I had some body work done in December 2022. Neil was great to work with. His shop is into restoring cars and will work on surface rust. The work was done on time and looks great! I would highly recommend them for whatever your needs are.Service: Body & Trim

Had paintless dent removal done on my Mercedes. One dent was on a crease and didn't think they could fix it. All dents are gone and looks perfect. Very friendly service too!
