After reading other reviews I can sympathize with the frustrations with the pharmacy about a year ago when they were extremely short staffed. Since then my experience has been pleasant customer service and prescriptions filled when stated.

I will no longer use Walgreens they refuse to fill my prescription when they say they will ? this store should be shut down.

The pharmacy apparently employs people who feel it's alright to hang up on a customer and refuse to check the only medical number that has been provided. For the record... I did call back... immediately... and talked to a person who did put that number in and low and behold, it worked!Train your employees to listen to a person, and not hang up on them!WOW just read some other reviews of Walgreens Buffalo, and am following up this complaint with a official complaint with the MN Board of Pharmacy.

I will no longer be using this pharmacy due to the woman who is extremely rude and wouldn’t give me my prescription based off of how my doctor wrote out instructions.

when they give you the time ur meds will be ready for pick-up, be ready for them to change it 3 times each time u inquire about the refill. somehow 2pm is actually 5pm. would be really helpful if u could pick ur medicine up when ur told u can. instead of having to come back 3 times in a day. terrible experience.

Im done with the pharmacy sadlyThe young male pharmacist seems to take pleasure in delaying my refill as he is the only pharmacist that hastels me about getting it filled even outright lies about when it's due arguing with the date on the bottle. I used to defend the staff but no more. I'd switch.He seems like an angry little man who takes his misery out on others. Fill your prescription there at your own risk.

photo service was NON existent. put 2 orders in, one 3 hours before showing up to pick up and another in-store, and their 'system' couldnt find the orders. EVEN WITH THE EMAIL WALGREENS PROVIDED with the order numbers. when we finally got a "manager" to help, she just said snotty "why dont you just plug your phone in and print them from there?"the reason why is there are thousands of photos on the phone, and there is NO way to use their software to filter through my photos to find the 8 i was trying to print. THATS WHY I USED THE ONLINE PHOTO SERVICE.looking at the google reviews, seems the service is about par for the course.

Bigger lady working the front of the store was argumentative and incompotent. Had to argue with her to get her to find my package from FedEx that she wanted to mark as not there. It was five feet from all the other packages. Had to point it out to her to have her check it as she had no interest in looking any more.

The female pharmacist there is extremely rude, with a sharp tongue and no time. I get its busy, we are all busy. Be nice, take an extra minute and things can et done more efficiently without multiple calls backs.

I came to pick up a mental health medication I thought had been refilled. Instead of politely telling me they didn't have it yet, the woman began saying how it was MY fault it wasn't refilled yet and I needed to facilitate the refill with my doctor. She was about to send me on my way without my meds, which i was completely out of, and as a pharmacist she should know you can't just stop that type of med cold turkey like that. I told her 3 times I had none left before even attempting to help me. She then said she'd do a "once and only once" emergency refill of 3 pills and had me wait. It took over 45 minutes for them to refill it and she laughed, saying she "forgot about me." It was extremely unprofessional and if I had any other choice of pharmacy I'd switch after this experience.

I have tried to continue using this walgreens location despite the MANY issues they have had since opening a few years ago. I have had times when the drive thru service took well over 45 minutes to get through and there have been many times the drive through was unexpectedly closed due to staff shortages. And I am patient. I try to be understanding, these are crazy times and I emphasize and appreciate our medical care people.But after the dismissive and rude way I was treated by Amanda yesterday, I think I'm done with walgreens forever.I had a simple problem with insurance, I was told to tell my pharmacist to call the health insurer help desk and have them reboot the system. She was unwilling and rude about doing so and called me back saying she was right and it didn't help.I have now been chasing around for 2 days trying to solve the problem and finally called the health insurer myself and did exactly what she "very rudely" claimed to do- It solved the problem immediately! Amanda has zero customer service skills or empathy for her customers. If only she had done this on the first day, it would have saved me and many others so much unnecessary time and phone calls spent on this! This is the final straw, I have 5 people in my household. We will all be switching away from Walgreens and to a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

I have definitely been disappointed today by the pharmacy that I have defended time and again even bought them pizza a time or 2 to show them how much I appreciate all the work they do on a short staff.Today they hung up on my doctor who was trying to help sort out an issue as I recently had a kidney removed.I don't know how or why they hung up but I'm very disappointed to say the least.I'd like to think it was an accident .

At the Buffalo, Mn store, Pharmacy Operations manager Amanda was rude, completely and unprofessional. I find if offensive that she referred to my medication and medical condition as "STUPID" and this is from someone who is supposedly a manager.I strongly recommend using a different pharmacy, especially since their managers call their customers as stupid. How someone who treats customers so poorly becomes manager ???And I was also told by Amanda that my insurance required me to switch to a generic medication. This was not true, I call my insurance and they said that I could get the name brand as I had for the past 3 years. Now Name brand vs. generic is not a big deal but it brings up the question why was I told this, was it because someone didn't know how to use the computer correctly or is it her way of retaliation after I commented about her attitude toward me. Just asking ???
