I have seen Dr Kari Fabian for about 10 years for type one diabetes and Hashimoto’s Thuroid autoimmune disorder. She is wonderful! She listens to me, she remembers me, and we worked together to manage my health conditions

It seems everytime I go here I have the worst healthcare experience. I was seen in urgent care 3 weeks ago, and not only did he tell me he has no idea what is wrong with me but he advised me to wait for medication and just send him a message free of charge. When I wasn’t better, they tried to charge me $60 to message the doctor because he wasn’t my primary. I tried getting in contact but communicated I was out of state the next three weeks. Once returned and have the same reoccurring symptoms, they returned my call and stated I should have sent the message anyway even if it charged me, but now I have to be seen again because it has been too long on account of them not communicating properly. Not only was I denied medication the first time around, I’m now being charged again which is exactly why I stated I would prefer to be prescribed at my initial appointment. I couldn’t imagine what this is like for those having a hard time paying bills, you’re better off skipping this urgent care and seeing someone online. They do not care at all about your health, just your money.

I'm done with Stellis. Have been a patient for a number of years now and nearly every month it's been an absolute battle to get my prescription refilled. It's either sent to the wrong pharmacy, made out for brand name vs generic (forcing me to pay full price or go without), or outright ignored until I'm forced to call back and leave (detailed and specific) messages, or get the nurse manager involved. It's become a rather depressing running joke in my family as the end of month approaches, and I'm rarely disappointed. I have no choice but to look for another clinic.

Always friendly staff and very professional. They make any visit less stressful with such reassurance and kindness. They even saved my son’s life by diagnosing and digging into a minor symptom when something just didn’t seem right. I will forever be grateful!

Omg AMAZING!! What a difference in care providers since I came here. Ample parking. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff, nurse was AMAZING, Dr Lawrence was AMAZING!! I finally found the medical team that I WANT to build a professional relationship with until I no longer exist on this plane, or this location.

Worst practicioners in the state of MN. (This is documented) go elsewhere. Even for an emergency don't get caught here. They are brutal, disconnected and lazy. Not even sure some of these people have licenses. I'm in the industry and a tech by trade. This location is unacceptable. They will even get vindictive and put in unflattering chart notes in your history if you ask questions. Don't use Regions either.

Took my daughter to urgent care, the nurse didn’t take her blood pressure, or o2 the doctor gave zero advice or instructions on at home care for her symptoms. We then had a nasal swab and were told they would call with results in the next couple hours. We heard nothing at all that day, even after calling 4 times trying to reach the nurse, went straight to voicemail every time and even when leaving a message, no return call. We won’t be back.

I was just in the clinic for a follow appointment. I had an accident while I was traveling and have a hole in my head. I accidentally scheduled my appointment which makes sense when you hit your head.
The woman who I checked in with was rude and showed no empathy. She told me my appointment was for next week for a follow up to a head injury. She didn’t offer ANY additional assistance to try and get me in while I was there. My husband and I had to ask her to look and see. First for my doctor then my husband and then anyone else. I explained it is very hard for me to get out right now and it was something that needed a doctor’s attention. Nope didn’t care.
First- I understood the appointment issue was on me. What is it with people. Where is grace for some coming in telling you their issue and you just stare at them. Absolutely no empathy showed at all.
Second - what type of training do these people get. I sit and wait because they are talking amongst themselves about personal things. Then this?
People please show grace to anyone you come in contact with. You never know what they are going through.
My head is killing me and I am lightheaded. Back home I go to come back tomorrow for another appointment we asked her to check.

Worst clinic and some of the worst doctors I’ve ever dealt with. Primary doctors and urgent care doctors won’t listen to you and mess up your medications. Diabetic doctors are kind and helpful. Think I’ll be finding a new primary doctor and a different clinic. I’d suggest others to do as well.

I will never go back to Stellis Health. I went to use urgent care but was charged for an actual office visit. The charge was nearly $400 and now six months later I get another $36 dollar charge that no one can explain. The whole experience was not worth it! I am disappointed and frustrated and will never use the services again.

Dr. Frank Anderson and Lauren Ducklow, CNP, truly live up to the Stellis Health mission of compassionate care! When I came to Dr. Anderson for MAT, I had complex issues from chronic pain (of physical origin), to addiction and chronic illness. Often, other doctors didn’t seem to take my pain and illness seriously, because I could have been complaining to get pills. Having been through 5 treatment programs, I didn’t expect progress, but Dr. Anderson was able to keep me off the problematic (for me) full opioids and monitor me, to check and document my progress. After that, I had fewer physical cravings than struggles of the spirit: lost hope, despair and difficulty trusting the medical treatment process, rather than taking matters into my own hands (as when I self-treated my pain and became addicted). Dr. Anderson takes the time to listen to how a person is coping with treatment, as well as the side effects. He is open to spiritual questions and concerns, if you have them, which has been an essential component of my recovery, along with the medication. My psych therapy team has helped with trauma, mental illness and recovery strategies, but didn’t respond to my spiritual questions as much. I thought it would be bothering a doctor to talk about that, but when Dr. Anderson he asked how I was doing, I could tell he meant all-around. To those like me who are street-wary, you don’t have to worry about what you disclose to him…just be open and honest. He is only wants to know what you needs are. As long as you show up or tell him exactly what happened if you can’t, let him know if you have strong cravings, a lapse or relapse, he will work with you, as long as you are willing to try a new strategy when necessary, going forward. He’s not one of those Pass or Fail types…he wants to see you get healthy. I started seeing it that way, too. You don’t succeed or fail at managing asthma and get punished, or give up. You go to the doctor, adjust your meds and avoid triggers, as you become aware of them and learn from your flare-ups. I didn’t help to treat my asthma if I didn’t mention I had allergies or smoked. Dr. Anderson knows addiction is a chronic disorder. When I finally opened up about what I was doing and dealing with, he used it to create an individualized, effective treatment plan. For me, that included safe pain treatment (that doesn’t build to a dangerous level or create high tolerance), meds to block full opiates and stop cravings and including the spiritual domain in my recovery have helped me maintain it for 7 years, now! Before I opened up, it was much harder to define my specific needs, so I learned to let the doctor know all I could. Soon, I didn’t see my visits as a test, but just doing something good for my health. That’s a positive thing and I receive unconditional positive regard for showing up to do that, here! Learning that we all deserve compassionate care, regardless of our condition, has inspired me to pursue a career in addiction treatment and recovery services. One treatment counselor and Dr. Anderson, in helping me, have modeled an effective way to help others, which I highly recommend! When I got new insurance that made it possible, Dr. Anderson referred me to a new Stellis Health GP, Lauren Ducklow. She has been thorough and prompt in addressing my chronic and acute physical health issues. Both have been compassionate, honest and respectful. I just reviewed my full record and what they have said to me is what is in the chart. All of the important things I tell them have been recorded and are promptly followed up on. The ability to trust providers is so important to me. The Stellis health team has never reduced my problem to a single issue, mental, chemical, OR physical health. They treat my health holistically and understand how illness and pain affects mental well-being, which can affect substance use, which affects spiritual well-being and impacts physical health again. I have finally broken out of the vicious cycle!

Mediocre care. They don't like to give you any sort of notice, or even put forth the leg work to set you up with someone else when your provider is no longer with the facility which is rather irritating. There's better clinics in the area

2 stars because the nurse(s) are amazing and are so sweet. However, I saw Dr. Frank O. Anderson for back pain I was having. Context: I was pregnant for the second time and after giving birth I was having back pain that would shoot down my right leg. I would wake up stiff on my whole right side, from shoulder to ankle from this issue. (I have a pintched sciatic nerve). I was given pain medication at first which I will admit it didn't help through and through but I was at least able to walk up right and pick up my babies without worrying my leg might give out& baby and I hitting the floor. I had my specialist appointment scheduled which at the time was 2 months out so I needed a refill (which i looked this up and this issue will heal on its own IF YOURE ABLE TO LAY IN BED, which i am not able). I'm with my babies (ages 1&2) for 20hrs a day with no help because my husband works as a security guard (long hrs and sleeps during the day) and Dr. Frank O. Anderson was made aware of this by me. He was charming to my face but he wouldn't return my calls (which i admit I only called 3 times but i mean he wouldnt talk to me on the phone personally as he made it seem like he was going too), he never gave me my MRI results and they were never posted in my MY CHART. I'm left here with only questions and in constant pain. I have post partum depression so this doesn't help when I'm feeling like I'm not being the best mom I could be especially right now because if this pain and Frank O. Anderson didnt/wouldn't give me tips or anything that I could try to ease my pain. I would never recommend him to even my enemies because he absolutely does not care about his clients.Edit: I neglected to add that while he was fully aware of all of this from day 1 he told me to make an appointment after seeing my specialist (2 months out at the time) to talk about pain management with him. Which to me doesn't make logical sense considering I've been in pain for about over a year now. I told him it only gets worse (as it still is) everyday. I feel more or less blown off by the people I'm paying to help me. It's extremely unfortunate.
