Had our truck in here a couple of times and have always been satisfied. We typically work with Jamie and I will say this last time was the best outcome. Had an issue with the DEF. They were able to determine the problem and had to replace the DEF system. When all was said and done it wasn't cheap. Warranty doesn't cover emissions issues, but Jamie made a suggestion to us based on what they found and we will be getting our money back from insurance. Had Jamie not suggested we contact them we wouldn't have done that and we would be out that money. We truly appreciate your service and your follow up.

I Have used the service department for 3 years and the attention to detail is poor. I’ve had fuel filters changed 3 times here and each time the truck smelled so bad I couldn’t leave it in the garage. I drove back to the dealer to have the spilled fuel cleaned around the filter areas. I talked to the service advisor this morning and said I would not be coming back. His response…thank you for being a customer. Time to move on.

Sold me a 2 year old ram 3500 with 30,000 miles on it. I had the extra warranty wich is a scam it covered nothing. Pickup would shut off driving down the road, trans went out, radiator went out, starter went out, had to do ball joints twice in 2 years. Tail light bulbs burnt out monthly. There wasnt a person in that place qualified to work on it and there was nobody willing to try make it right with me. Needless to say i ordered a brand new chev after. And not from them. The place is a joke and will gladly rob you blind

The worst service department around my daughter had a new motor put in her Dodge pick up by the 1st oil change The rear main started to leak They fixed it but billed her $500 for some of the labor and parts . Mat was no help or care

Having had a Jeep and knowing a couple of the Ryan brothers, I definitely wanted to prioritize using their service department. Overall, the experience working with them has been a good one over the last 8 years. The service team at Ryan is fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are areas of improvement to be made: the service managers could be more kind/patient with their customers; the completeness of the job, as often times small things are overlooked during service, like addressing ALL of my concerns; and troubleshooting should not include taking a shot at a $1500 part on the back of my paycheck that wasn't the root cause. Two reasons why I'll discontinue using them, moving forward: First, and I have only seen this begin over the last couple years, but they seem to have began charging for diagnosis. At one point it began a couple years back now, it was only 1 charge, but at my latest service request, they wanted to charge me 3 different diagnosis fees for 3 repairs needed amounting to almost $300 and I just wanted them fixed (it should be part of the job, guys); Second, I bought a Ford, which everyone should do. Lastly, Shane is a rock star and Jamie is simply rude.Services: General repairs & maintenance
