The owner never trained her employees properly. when there was a problem with their card reader, her employees tried contacter and other employees to figure out the problem and no one knew how to fix it because expect her and she took an hour to response.

So many fun and unique things! New items every time I go in. Lots of Vintage stuff, upcycled furniture, art and beautiful antiques. Worth the trip to Buffalo!

I was interested in some items that were not priced. The clerk could barely put down her phone to answer my question regarding pricing (she had been on the phone when I entered to shop, too). I was told she had just put the items out and she would need to look what what she was going to be pricing them. She seemed to be in no hurry to do that. When I heard another customer ask a similar question on other non-priced items, I knew not to wait and went shopping at other stores in Buffalo. Too bad as I would have bought several items.

This is one store I cannot go by myself too because I would want to buy everything in the store. The clothes that are sold in this store are so cute! The The the lady that I came in contact with in this store was so nice and welcoming! The prices of the things sold are reasonable.
