I was at the Buffalo store today for the first time. The workers were so very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back. I love the products too as I have been using them about 3 weeks. Thank you for making awesome clean products.

Started from the Stillwater store and visited here a few times and can't find a bad thing to say. The staff are so friendly, the samples they give out are amazing. Great products.

Been a fairly new customer but want a natural product.I love love love the honey Chaga lotion and the banana leaf hair conditioner. The lotion is so moisturizing for my hands.Bought the circulating rub, got home my husband but this on my shoulder which really helped with the aches. Always great customer service at the buffalo store, will continue to be a customer. Love the products.

I really like the products and so does my fiancé... that being said I do not like going in here. The employees are very cold to me and seem kind rude. Where if I go with my fiancé they are helpful and inviting. Very sad that they seem to not want men buying stuff for their women.

I like to honor small businesses. I was looking for a product that I have bought for over 25 years and recognize each producer has their own "version" of it, even though it's not the original scent. I purchased it and it had absolutely ZERO smell. ZERO. I sent it back and was assured that it met their standards. The customer service was good.**** Thank you for your response. I've purchased the Egyptian Goddess-roll-on essential oils from many street vendors in NYC, high-end boutique perfumeries from multiple vendors, via website's and in-person company's. From San Francisco to NYC. I'm aware there are different interpretations of the true Egyptian Goddess essential oils. The reason for my dissatisfaction is that yours is virtually scentless no matter how long you leave it on pulse points to develop. When it's a different version that is not really pleasant, I let it go. Your product was literally oil. You claim the product I sent back was tested to have the legal limit of essential oil in, there is no way to test that once it has been mixed. I paid for it to be shipped and returned. A couple stars for customer service , zero for actual product.
