Scott in the office was excellent to work with. Joe gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off for repairs, and he even picked me up the next day when it was ready. Pricing was very fair as well! Will visit again if my Camry ever needs more work.

Brought my car in as I was having an issue with my brakes dragging. They were able to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me. The service was great and I feel the price was good. I would recommend Lake Region Co-Op and will return next time I have any car issues!

I was filling my tire with air and when I pulled the hose off, my tire sensor broke, causing my tire to noisily leak air. I quickly drove to Lake Region and pulled into a parking spot. They had it fixed and ready to go in ten minutes! Great service with friendly and helpful staff!

Recently had my front and rear alignment done at this shop. Shortly after my front end started shaking when slowing down from high/regular speed to a stop. Did not have an issue prior to alignments. Found out my front rotars are slightly warped. Will be having both pads and rotars replaced someplace else.. Very disappointing experience

I brought my car to this shop because an engine rebuilt was require. The cylinders had been misfiring and they said they could fix it for $4000. Meanwhile 3 weeks into the operation they finally gave me a loaner vehicle with bald tires. Keep in mind, this was in the middle of a Minnesota winter where roads were quite slippery most of the time. So as I merged my way onto I94 one crisp morning, the tires lost traction and the whip got a mind of its own. I ended up spinning out of control and smashing the median with the passenger bumper as I stared into the eyes of oncoming traffic. I was very lucky and was not injured during the course of this crash. Lake Region Co-op towed it back to the shop and I realized they do not care for the customers. Not once did they ask if I was okay because all they cared about was their rickety car. They have a huge lack of communication skills. A few guys from the shop were very rude to me and looked at me like I was a box of rocks. So 5 weeks go by before they “fixed” my 2011 Chevy Malibu v6. Then everything went downhill, my engine started making wild noises and it was clear to me that the $4100 I gave them to rebuild the engine was a waste. I drained my bank for what? For them to pretend like they know what they’re doing. It was clear to me they did nothing but scam me. I brought my complaints to them and they said they could fix it for the rest of my savings account (mind you this is 3 months after it was rebuilt). If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place, it will save your much time and money.

Amazing same day service!! After a popped tire I was told by another dealer and mechanic it was not repairable and I would have to replace all 4 tires! After deciding to just replace all 4 tires, the guys at Lake Region called me to tell me they could fix the tire instead! They could have easily taken my $700 for tires! I will never go anywhere else after today!
