Wonderful. We are replacing furniture with nicer quality, more substantial peices as we can afford it and had our second piece delivered last night, which we had ordered. It's lovely, came quicker than quoted and the owners go above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you, thank you!

Very disappointed. Top stitching is crooked, doesn’t follow seams, and thread is a total mismatch. Grey on turquoise. Really? Also no remnants as promised. And 2 puckers. Not good.

Loved everything about this store. Customer service as mentioned by other customers is Top Notch. Did I mention that you take the furniture as assembled. Such a blessing. Finally my fire place got some character but I need to run back to the store to complete it. I also got a console table but its still in my minivan. Yes it 41” wide and fits perfectly in the minivan.Will upload more pictures later. Thank you so much JTB staff and Tracy for being so amazing!

My experience at JTB has always been amazing and the customer service is top notch!The store is so perfectly put together and they have the best home decor!Every single person that works in the store is so kind and helpful.There is just a different feel when I walk in to JTB. I love that everyone is so friendly and that I am remembered when I come in!
