My son and I had our taxes done. The preparation and processing was ridiculously expensive. The front desk personnel was friendly and pleasant. The agent who did the preparation seemed distracted beyond task at hand. When we got home I checked my documents, that were stapled together and it's a good thing I did. He had stapled some man's Homestead Tax Refund info to mine. Mind you all his personal/private information was on those papers. I did return his documents the next day. I hope no one else's private documents got mixed up with others by mistake. I will not do business here and not recommend here either. Was not 100% satisfied. I will learn to do my own taxes.

Came in and walk-in appointment got my taxes mostly done had to come back with my IRS number and was done Within tax season.

Great service. Very personable, they care and are authentic. Plus they were great, provided advice and a plan for next year. Excellent job as far as I'm concerned.

Great atmosphere. Very helpful staff. It's awesome to have fun while filing taxes. Got us all they could on our return & explained everything throughout the entire process.
