NEVER get services with Cullugan of Buffalo. They skip bringing your water, then make you either drive to thier facility to get your own water or go without. Even when it's their administrative error, they won't send someone to make it right. They overcharge for water softener services. And the customer service reps are RUDE!!
They are overall a horrible company to do business with.
You will regret it.
It's a better deal to buy your own water cooler from Walmart (it's the same thing they give you) and since you will have to go get your own water half the time anyway, it's not even worth guessing when they will do it and when you will need to. Just add it to your grocery list... That way you don't have to deal with the hassle or paying for a service that you aren't even getting.
I will say, the guy who delivered my water was sweet. He was probably the only person there that doesn't deserve a scathing review. I feel bad for him, because he doesn't deserve the animosity that the rest of the company creates for him.

Culligan of Buffalo installed our reverse osmosis system in 2010 so that we could have safe, great-tasting drinking water for our family and childcare. We have been very happy with the system and every annual inspection/cleaning and filter replacement. Matt just completed the sanitizing and filter replacement on our system and, as always, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We've had perfect experiences for the last 14 years with every employee. Thanks, Culligan!

Dealing with Joan at the Buffalo office is a nightmare. Joan is the worst customer service rep in the WORLD!!! Joan has a snappy attitude, doesn’t listen, will talk over you, and her only solution is transferring the call to someone else’s voicemail. I hope they get rid of her because the rest of the team members are pleasant.
