Absolutely 0 stars!! NEVER AGAIN will I work with your agency!! I have never been treated so poorly by an insurance company. I was with you for WAY to long and paid way over what I needed for coverage. You should be ashamed!! Absolute disgrace!!I'm not insured with your company anymore, trust me I was but like I said never again!! Your office staff are horrid!! And there is way better insurance out there then yours! You will never be considered in my book again!FYI-This is not the name that was registered with you as a customer

Carl has been very helpful with our recent insurance change. We recently changed our homeowners and auto insurance after being with another company for many years. We actually got better coverage at a lower rate. Carl, gave us ideas on different types of coverage, which was very helpful too. Carl also helped our son with his auto insurance. He actually could not get a lower rate for our son, but he decided to go with Carl at AMFAM anyway. He's an excellent agent, explains questions completely and thoroughly. Thank you, Carl!

We received a flyer in the mail from Carl who indicated that we could probably be saving some money on our home and auto. The flyer was enough for us to call and just see. We met with Carl later that week and he was so helpful. Nice and not pushy at all but very knowledgeable and informative. We ended up saving money getting MORE coverage and having a 1000% better experience with American Family in Buffalo than where we were previously. Plus, Carl is always quick with an answer and up to date on anything new we need to consider. If you want to have an insurance company thst really has your best interests in mind, call Carl Carlson or anyone at American family in buffalo!!

Carl with American Family is great to work with! We weren't looking to change companies, but wanted to see what was out there, and we are very happy we did. Carl is very knowledgeable, answers any questions you have honestly (even if they aren't in his favor), and you can tell he cares about his customers! We strongly recommend Carl even if you're just "seeing what's out there", as you never know! Thanks, Carl!
