I purchased a vehicle last week. I discovered some issues with the vehicle. I called and spoke with the owner, Troy who immediately resolved my issues. He was polite and very responsive to my needs.

Would highly advise any potential customer(s) to read the previous reviews left by past customers! Purchased a car that was completely misrepresented and died within 55 miles of owning the vehicle. To top it all off, the odometer and trip also were non-functional to my surprise (who knows how many miles are on the vehicle).
Oh and their mechanic that looks over the car(s) just happened to miss this massive nest in the air intake.
Learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY!!
***Zach’s response says everything about this company’s customer service and reputation. Fortunately for me, I did buy a cheap vehicle! Trust me, I wouldn’t give them $0.01 of business in the future and will make sure no one I know ever does either.***

Terrible and untrustworthy place! Bought a 2013 chevy equinox "as is" with faith in this business. After about TWO weeks after the purchase the oil was bone dry after they said there was a fresh oil change. After multiple diagnostics at multiple mechanics, they said the pistons are burning oil and that the timing chain is bad they said to "get rid of the car." Called this dealership to let them know the issues and they said " you should've bought the extended warranty." Asked them if i could bring it by to look at it and they said no. They hid the problem with a fresh oil change and knew that it wouldn't trigger the light or issues. Now I have to fill my car up every week with oil and I'm basically waiting for the timing chain to break. I have only had the car a little over year! I'm a single mom of 2 and still owe 9k on a loan for this vehicle. Terrible business ethics and I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this place. It's truly heart breaking to scam a single mom who works hard for her money, especially out of 10k. It's been a complete nightmare!

Only gave 1 star because i cant give zero.
Sold me a lemon. Needed a new alternater 1 week after i got it, then a month later needed a new transmission that cost me $5,300 and then it needed rear end work. And now theres a leak in the engine that is costing me another $4,000.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

When I first bought the truck they said everything was in working condition and nothing wrong but a month later I had to have 4,000$ of motor work done. Another thing is he said it was rust free but again a month later it shows the body work the dealer tried doing and is now rusty. Not very upfront honest guys

At first everything seemed to be going great, we got our application approved for a vehicleWe went in today to see the vehicle and test drive it along with completing the paperwork to purchase this vehicle. On arrival to the dealership we were informed that the vehicle had been sold the same day we got approved of it, so after running a hard credit check on us they decided to sell the vehicle less than 24 hours later after approving us for the vehicle and didn't even have the audacity to give us a quick phone call. By far the most disrespectful and unprofessional thing I have witnessed from a car dealership will not be purchasing from them!

Recently bought a Durango from this dealer, the car immediately had several major mechanical issues. The dealer claimed to know nothing about any of the mechanical issues, both mechanics I brought the car to after purchasing quoted me around $5,500 in immediate repairs needed. It included a massive oil/coolant leak stemming from the transmission, engine, rear output shaft t-case, rack & pinion boot. The driveshaft hangar bearing needing to be replaced, steering wheel shaking at high speed, seals needing to be replaced etc. This was after I’ve driven the car for roughly 50 miles since purchasing. I called back to the dealer two times to see if anything could be done but was essentially told you’re out of luck the car was sold as is. I fail to believe they knew nothing about any of these issues, clearly they do not value their customers. Take your business and money elsewhere, do not get scammed like I did. If a deal is too good to be true, it probably is.

We worked with Zach and purchased a used car this week. It was a great experience. He had excellent knowledge and was fair to negotiate with. He made the process really smooth and easy. So far, we're very pleased with the vehicle.
