I ordered the Family Bible Keepsake Edition as a wedding gift to my husband. I paid $30 for rush delivery and received it within a week! This Bible is beautiful and luxurious to the touch! I love the front sections for recording genealogy. This will be an amazing family heirloom to pass on to our grandchildren and beyond.

Having trouble with this company...so happy I used Paypal rather than my credit card for payment. 7 weeks from order date (4/30/21) and have not received my custom plaque that had an estimated 4 week delivery time frame, nor have I heard from them. Left 2 phone messages and an email with no response and now have filed a claim through Paypal. I will see how this is resolved.

I ordered from this company Saturday, May 15. I received a confirmation number on an en email and have heard nothing from them since. The last 4 on the confirmation number is 9451.

If there were ZERO star options i would give this company a 0 I ordered 2 personalized plaques on March 8th for my deceased 19 year old son and my card was charged the next day $138.98. I have left several messages and emailed multiple times ....it is April 20th and still no product and no return calls. This is so ridiculous and it makes me sad because this was suppose to be helping me go through my grief.

I'm very impressed. From the time I ordered to my front door was 4 days...and I ordered an engraved bible. The bible looks great and I'm sure my wife will love it when she opens it Christmas morning. I worried about ordering it too late but Celebrate Faith came though and got it to me in plenty of time.

This is the first time I've ever purchased from this company and it's been a month since I placed my order and I've still not received it. I've only received the confirmation email right after I placed my order, never anything about shipping. I've sent messages thru the website to customer service, I've emailed customer service, and I've called and left messages. Still no return phone calls or emails. This is the bottom of the barrel company and I would NOT recommend purchasing from them if you actually want your merchandise that you paid for. So if they never contact me back and I can't get my money back thru the credit card company this company stole $132 dollars from me. I would think a Christian Company would hold their business & employees to higher standard, if this is even a real company. Thanks a lot Celebrate Faith for taking $132 from me on a Christmas present I purchased for a family member. I would have given you zero stars if I could have.

So disappointed in this business. I was so excited to order a family bible to give to my parents as a wedding gift! Upon receipt, I discovered that the personalization on the front was crooked and the binding smushed toward the bottom. I reached out to the company (multiple times) and was told to send pictures. I sent pictures and never heard back. I have left multiple voicemails and emails and NO RESPONSE. I ordered the bible in April and given that it is now almost August, I think I've been very patient.

I JUST WANT TO SAY HOW KINDLY I WAS TREATED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER FOR A PERSONALIZED BIBLE. MY CHILDREN WANTED IT FOR THEIR GRANDPA, MY DAD, FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. IT WAS A BIT SHORT NOTICE FOR PERSONALIZATION AND EVEN TO HAVE IT ARRIVE IN TIME AND DURING COVID-19. MANY BUSINESSES I HAD ORDERED FROM WOULDN'T GUARANTEE REGULAR TIMELY DELIVERIES. I WROTE A SHORT NOTE ON BEHALF OF MY KIDS AND OFFERED TO PAY RUSH SHIPPING. THE FOLLOWING DAY I SAW CONFIRMATION THAT IT HAD SHIPPED EVEN THOUGH ENGRAVING NORMALLY TAKES EXTRA DAYS. WE RECEIVED THE BIBLE TWO DAYS EARLY AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL. AND I WAS NOT ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL FEES. HE WILL TREASURE THIS GIFT I KNOW. AND MY CHILDREN ARE SO EXCITED TO GIVE IT TO HIM.
