Buffalo Wine & Spirits - Hwy 55 is a convenient, city-owned liquor store established in 1938. It offers a huge and large variety of premium beer, wine, and spirits, featuring a huge selection of local craft brews, imported beers, and a wide wine selection. Prices are decent, competitive, and especially good during discount times. The store is known for its very cold, almost frosty beer case. While its hours can be funky, the staff is generally helpful and non-judgmental. As a city-run business, its profits go back into the city budget. It's a reliable and great place with a decent selection for grabbing drinks in town.
