The management on this property is rude and inconsiderate. Not plowed out in a timely manner. Try and ask questions on when the snow removal would happen and we got "I don't know when he gets here. Not my problem the weather happen." This a place of business. I will not be doing business with this place anytime soon. Yes I have done business with this place in the past I have recommended people to this storage facility poor management

I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. I was in need of a storage unit quickly and they were the only ones who actually answered their phone and was willing to stay late for me so I was able to get a unit that night. I delt with the owner him self who was an absolute delight to do business with and he accomodated all my needs. The owner is a straight forward guy who only asks for the same in return. Thank you again Craig for being as understanding and accommodating as you were!!I couldn't have asked for better service and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Wow what a negative experience. The owner was completely rude. I asked if his lots were dirt or gravel. He lied. My trailer was stuck in mud for 2 hours. Tried to call and ask for a new spot and got cussed out. Do not recommend.

Craig has been matter-of-fact and presents all the details of the contract up front. I appreciated that. I rented a storage unit for about 6 months with him. I never had any issues. I liked that the storage unit was secure in a gated entry with lights. There were several size storage units to choose from. Any time I've attempted to reach out, he has always promptly returned same-day. Even when he was on vacation!
