Christina nelson was the best at blood drawing i have come across. She didnt cause me discomfort or pain the atmosphere she brings is amazing for someone cooped up in a lab all day. Awesome lab tech!

Front desk could use a little more training on hospitality. The person who helped me was very sweet and kind, I would return all the time if I knew she would be the one helping me. But the lady sitting next to her was extremely rude, if you don’t like your job or don’t enjoy helping people then get a new job! She was nice to people she knew but once another patient came in her whole demeanor changed.

Dr. Becca Mades is amazing. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. I live in the cities but will happily make the drive to Buffalo if I need to go to the doctor. The reason I give 4 stars is not because of the doctor, or her nurses, but because of the front desk staff not being the most pleasant. There is one woman who i always seem to deal with who is always short tempered and kind of disrespectful. Despite the front desk, I will happily return to see Becca.

I would like the doctor saw, my son , he been sick over two weeks and I went to many different hospital , but they never find anything but this one at the Buffalo she was the one make this happen to go further. She send my son the children hospital in Minneapolis so now he’s doing much better.
