I always struggled over the years to find a practitioner I liked and felt comfortable with. Jessica Stageberg is by far the most caring, understanding, relatable and knowledgeable person I have seen. I know my health is going to be respected and treated in the best way whenever I meet with her.

I wish Dr. Burgdorf could be around for several years and not retire. What a fantastic doctor! This was one of the few moments in our Americal heath care system that someone took time to get to know me, my family, paint the big picture and care about me. Thank YOU, Dr. Burgdorf!!!

The clinic is very clean, organized, and patient friendly. The clinic staff are polite and professional. Appointments are generally available in a timely fashion and easily made via a user friendly software system. There is rarely a wait for an appointment once you arrive. My provider is outstanding. She is friendly, understanding, and empathic. She listens to all my concerns and includes me in all discussions and decisions. Finally, patients may access an online patient chart, which documents all provider notes, test results, and ongoing care plan or plans for discharge.

Notified the team that we were on our way in and upon arrival they told us they closed for the day. All websites indicate closure at 5 PM and we were there slightly before - which I understand is frustrating for folks who want to get home after a work day - but its also frustrating trying to rely on a business to be open during their disclosed hours when medical attention is needed that is non emergent.

If you are in the need of a WONDERFUL AND KIND DOCTOR, please look no further. Dr. J Klingelhoets at Buffalo Crossroads Clinic is by far the most kind hearted Dr I have ever been seen by! He is always so patient and understanding. He genuinely cares about his patients! Never rushes you in and out. Always takes the time to answer all your medical questions. Never shames you for anything and never looks down upon your for anything. Hands down doctor of the year in my opinion! People that know him just simply call him Dr.Jesse. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and I am a little concerned I won’t don’t another doctor that cares so much!

Dr Norris is very kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable and determined to help me with my many medical issues. The serious and not so serious ones. This was my first time seeing her and I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care and determination on finding the root of all issues!
