They were contacted by my builder to install a sprinkler, they never started it because their was no grass in my compound, new construction. The following year l contacted my builder thought sprinkler was not working because it was never used, and the builder said l should call them to check on it . They ended up charging me again.Tried to explain but they started making fun of me.

We requested 1 sprinkler head be moved after a concrete project. Quote was an approx amount without it being seen. Aware this could change depending on what they find when they arrived. Scope of work changed due to their recommendations, completed the work (left the grass a bit messy) and then billed us over double of what was originally mentioned. Zero communication about any changes in the scope. Super disappointed that a call to the owner for scope changes that increase costs isn’t part of their business practice.

I want to thank Joy who went above and beyond for me regarding a conflict between us, Advanced Irrigation, and our builder. She could have just doubled down that we were at fault and we would have accepted that, but she did more investigation and found a solution for us. Top-notch customer service from her.

Just had Advanced Irrigation come out to get our system ready for the upcoming season. Steve W. did a great job getting everything setup, was fast, and early!! He help identify a leak in the system and was able to fit it before it became a bigger problem.

Steve W. came out to set up our irrigation system for the year. He was prompt and professional. Steve even caught an issue with one of our sprinkler heads and corrected it for us. Very pleased with his service!

Advanced Irrigation put in our irrigation system last September. They did a wonderful job and it took 2 days to install a water system in our 1 acre hilly yard. They were efficient and minimized the impact when they installed our system. After utilizing our system we discovered a problem with our water pump going on and off, which indicated there was a leak in our system. Steve, Advanced Irrigation’s Ace troubleshooter, took the time and found that the problem came from the original pump handle that was installed to the original well 40 years ago. When they dug up the lines to replace the old handle they found additional holes and leaks in the old pipe and replaced that also. We were glad we had Steve and his expertise to help us find a solution to our leakage issues that had nothing to do with our new sprinkler system but rather, our 40 year old well pipes and pump handle. In the Spring Steve from Advanced Irrigation again came out and prepared and adjusted our new system and got it ready for us to water this Spring, Summer and Fall. We are very pleased with the service and installation of our new water system which is a great improvement from getting a workout lugging around 100 ft hoses across hills and trees on an acre of grassy lawn. Thanks very much to Steve, Ace troubleshooter and all the crew from Advanced Irrigation.

poor customer service. send bills to junk email and then you never get them, then call and complain that the bill was never paid. poor customer service.

Very courteous and professional. Competitive pricing using top shelf products (Hunter). Did an excellent job cleaning up when all the work was done. I would highly recommend to friends or family. I definitely have the greenest yard in the neighborhood!!!

I’ve lived in my house/association for 18 years. Over the years we have used 4 or 5 different companies to do our lawn maintenance and snow plowing. Advanced Irrigation is by far the worst we have ever used. Unreliable, unprofessional and over-all not a good company to work with. Attached are a few photos of how they left our driveways after one of the snow storms. They are constantly leaving gates open. They show up on when they want with zero communication. Last week was a perfect example (9/15/2023). They are supposed to do our lawns (our community consists of 97 residential homes) on Monday's. It rained off and on during the day but no show. The other two associations around us had there lawns mowed. They were a no show on Tuesday and a no show on Wednesday. I called the property management company and asked where they were. He called the owner of Advanced Irrigation (I believe his name is Craig) and was told they would be here later but they were only going to mow our front yards - which they ended up doing later that day. That was a new one. This summer (2023) they decided (without informing our property management company) our grass wasn't long enough to mow, due to the hot weather and didn't show up that week! Yet, they got paid.No matter how cheap they are (that was the only reason our board chose them) do not use them. You will find out the hard way.
