Got our hopes up not once, not twice, but three times about our eligibility to get nice phones free by joining Xfinity Mobile. Have constant outages, the TV box we rented from them is useless and freezes endlessly.
We ended up with two garbage Motorola cellphones that are constantly slow, crashing, and dropping calls. My signal is often disrupted mid-call where people can't hear me.
I'll be coming into the store soon to cancel and demand a refund for all of the nightmare service we've been forced to put up with. I'd rather live off the grid entirely than deal with the heartlessness and dumpster fire quality that is, in fact, anything related to Comcast.

Nobody greeted us when we walked in. We didn't know they had to out our name on a list. When we got done, nobody greeted us when leaving. I had to get them to speak.

I just want to give an EXCELLENT SHOUT OUT to Mr.David Hall!! Mr. Hall helped me with paying my bill and answered my questions. Explain everything to me so I understood what was going on. With his help, I paid my bill and was on my way. I think when I have a question I will talk with him. Bless you sir!!

Aleisha made our experience at Xfinity today so pleasant and straight forward. She was polite, friendly, and very helpful and efficient in creating our new account. We walked in expecting to have to waste a lot of time trying to get things set up (as we have in the past...on the phone and in person at other stores), but she did it quick and seamlessly. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I had TV and canceled it three weeks ago well they still charged me the full price which was 169.00 they have all there equipment since then and I'm still paying for TV that I haven't had for 22 days

I was helped today by a gentleman named Andre. He was extremely helpful and very nice, and also took the time to help me with anything I needed even if the store was pretty busy. Will definitely be going back here to this location, and now my internet works great, and it was super easy to set up!
