“Absolutely delightful experience. My partner and I went to Daniel’s to have my suit made for our wedding. Daniel is very welcoming, friendly, and clearly has a very experienced eye for this. As we looked at fabric samples and he chatted with us to understand my tastes and style, he quickly started to pull samples that he thought I’d like. He would also provide helpful comments on what pairings wouldn’t look good together and float ideas or suggestions. But, he didn’t stand on old-school notions of what was “proper” (he pulled some fun, skull-laden linings that I ended up choosing for the jacket and vest) nor did it feel like he was just pushing the most expensive options on us. Ultimately, we landed on some gorgeous fabrics for the jacket, vest, and pants, he took some measurements and we were on our way. A few weeks later, when everything came in, it all fit perfectly and looked stunning. Only a minor adjustment to one of the button placements was required for aesthetic reasons. Having rather long limbs and slim build, nothing off the rack has ever fit like this. I’m so excited to get to wear it for our wedding.
Overall, a great experience and an incredible result. I absolutely recommend Daniel for any custom clothing and will certainly be finding an excuse to have more clothing made by him in the future.”

I bought 2 dresses and a necklace and will be back for more purchases.

“Back in December, I ordered 10 pairs of Carhartt pants in my usual size. This was my first time buying Carhartt since they introduced the new sizing options (slim, regular, and loose fit). Unfortunately, all the pants arrived about 2 inches too long.Determined to find the right fit, I recently made the trip to this location with my giant box of pants. Traffic was awful, and I only arrived 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the employee working there, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful.Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I showed up last minute with a large box of pants to exchange. He took the time to explain the new sizing options and helped me find the perfect fit for me so I could order from their website since the store is about an hour drive for me.He even went above and beyond by explaining their free zipper/button and repair program – something I wasn't aware of before. I never felt rushed, even though I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time!This experience is a testament to the great employees at Carhartt. Chris's kindness, knowledge, and patience made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Highly recommend this store!”

“My mom brought me to this boutique because she is a huge fan of Stacey Johnson Jewelry and I wanted some of her earrings. We loved all of the fun and unique items the store has.
I bought some earrings and had a small issue with them when I got home. The boutique worked with Stacey to repair the earrings and then makes them to my home out of state.
The customer service was above and beyond to say the least from our time in the store to out of it. I highly recommend this store and will be making a stop here in my MN trips from now on!”

“The team that assisted me during my appointment was incredible! I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. They were able to assess my preferences and pulled dresses beyond what I had originally wanted to try, and I loved every single one.Truly so beyond happy with the experience (I found THE dress!!) and will refer my friends to this location for anything wedding-related. 10/10 experience!! Jewelry of all colors and styles, purses, clothes, etc. Just be careful you don't spend your entire paycheck (the prices are very reasonable, but you might accidentally buy everything because this is such a fun store and I wanted it all)! The lady who was working last week when I was in was super helpful and found so many options for complementary jewelery for my new years eve look. “I popped into the North Loop Madewell on a mission to find jeans that actually fit me, a task I usually dread because finding the right pair has always been a struggle. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was absolutely amazing! He took the time to walk me through every style Madewell offers, set me up in a dressing room, and gave me the kind of support you usually only get from a best friend.
Shopping alone can be tough, especially when you need that second opinion, but he hyped me up, made me feel confident, and helped me find jeans that I love. Yes, they’re a bit pricey, but the quality and the level of care from employees who truly go above and beyond make them worth every penny. Honestly, the shopping experience alone made this a five-star visit!”
“Very nice place. My only grow was the comissioned sales staff. As a person seasoned in sales, I saw the quiet battle playing out between competing sales people on a slow weekday afternoon. They all conducted themselves professionally, but I feel I could have been better served of those individuals were trained to assist me, rather than simply being rewarded for meeting sales.
I ultimately got better help from their competitor and voted with my dollars, spending zero of them at Nordstrom on a day where I broke the budget on new clothes.”
