This shop is a wholesale ripoff place. We Made an appointment at 9 AM. No one talked to us until 30 minutes- and then had our car for almost 2 hours. We went there to have them check our vehicle’s AC. We planned to get an estimate and have the. Install a new one. A fellow with Hispanic accent there was very rude to my wife. When I tried to talk to him he said “I’m not talking to anyone, I need to be paid $70 for “checking your vehicle AC. When we asked “why are y out charging quick checkup?, and why you did not tell us upfront?” They got snappy with us. Lady by name of Jenna tried to walk back on hee statements when we said we’d call police on you”. For time’s sake, I just paid the $70 and got out of there. IF you go there, make sure they put in writing (estimates sheet) ALL their labor and materials cost. #ripoffshop.Services: Brakes
