We went in at the beginning of the month to test drive the palisade with Thomas. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. When it came time to purchase the car he made the process so easy. I would highly recommend going to Thomas for any of your car needs!

When they did the multi check, they found out I needed steering fluid, but did not let me know that until I was ready to leave! Too late then to add it!! They said they sent me a video, but never received it. Was told it wasn’t working properly. ?

I had my 2022 Hyundai towed to Walser on January 22nd approximately noon. My appointment was set for Wednesday, January 24th at 12:45. I did not receive an updated call on Wednesday and I called three times. I left a message with the service department and also the front desk. I asked that the front desk personally deliver the message. I called on Thursday the 25th approximately 1:45 p.m. and apparently my car had not gone through the check-in process. My keys were found in a drawer of whoever received the car. They completed the diagnostic on Thursday and i picked my car up on Friday

great place, nice and experienced agents, quick services, all agents ready to answer questions. Please can Hyundai and Kia companies help users of these cars to get good insurance coverage at best price. many insurance companies are taking advantages on Hyundai and Kia users pretending that no antitheft security system.

Good service. The only thing that needs improvement is that even though an appointment is made for an oil change it still takes over 2-3 hours to get the service done
