This has been an awful experience for my husband. I ordered him groceries two days in a row and have had to cancel because no one seems to be doing their job. On the first day, they delayed the order by two hours and on the second day my husband waited for almost an hour after arriving at the pickup spot. When I called the store the phone didn't even ring. He asked an associate and they said we'll bring it out when we get to it. This order has been ready since 1:22 pm why is it taking so long to bring out an order that is ready?

The worst Walmart for so many reasons. Staff that don't care, so called managers are useless, unhelpful and rude. Empty shelves and inaccurate pricing as well

This Walmart need all new employees first when I walked in all the employees were just sitting in the front talking and doing TikTok dances I needed to get something out of the personal isle and nobody had a key to open the I asked 3 different people they kept sending me in circles I waited like 15 mins finally found somebody pushing a cart that had a key he said he's the only one...the bathroom was dirty while the employees was in there just chilling... I went grocery shopping got a cart full of food as I'm walking to the last isle a guy tells me Walmart is closing so I walk straight to the check out at 11:03 the self check out was still open they let a lady that work there check out then told the person in front of me they're closed as she closed the registers and said they made a announcement over the intercom but there was a long line nobody heard it I only knew because of the guy that was walking around and the manager Ryan need to be demoted or fired because he was listening to the little kids that was doing TikTok's he is not the right manager for the store he suppose to run it like it's his store he got them lil kids in there messing stuff up

The worker In Brooklyn park Mn are so bad . Especially the Cashier and the worker stand by the self checkout. They always on the phone or talking to their Co workers . One day I was there and the Cashier was texting wild she's doing a Cashiers. Is was so annoying. And the self checkout too . When I asked for help they don't come right away bc they are busy on there phone or talking. I have to stand and wait .

I didn't know buying Night Quill and Day Quill was important,MY mom is sick and need those and I was asked to see my ID to prove that I'm over 18? Learn how to do ur job and stop disrespecting,Even tho I look young I'm old to know what to do,IM 24 YEARS OLD,Also workers are racist

Don't expect any customer service from this retail store! I had to go to customer service to do a return where three employees were having a great time talking to each other and the subject matter was inappropriate and offensive. After waiting about 30 seconds, one of them finally decided to serve me. She continued her conversation with the others the whole time she did my return. I got about 5% of her attention. This was the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk and I was ignored and treated rudely. Walmart doesn't care as long as they get your money.

I hate myself every time I come to this store. Why do I continue to spend time and money here. The convenience to my home doesn't even make it okay. If I don't leave aggravated by the useless cashiers that huddle and speak profanities loudly by the registers, I end up frustrated at home when I start cooking just purchased vegetables and find them rotten inside. See pic of latest frustration. I don't even have the energy to list all that is wrong with this location. However, the main categories are staff, produce, and improper ratio of open registers:customers. I think it all boils down to Poor Leadership. Whoever runs this store should be written up and walked out. Its consistently a disappointing experience to shop here.

Clean store and good customer service they have everything you need at Walmart. I don't like is underwear and stocks inside the lock cage.

Hugely disappointed in the customer service. Waited over half an hour for someone to open the Sex Case and eventually gave up. Needless to say I'm as unsatisfied as my girlfriend will be tonight
