My daughter and I were shopping at the Walgreen on 85th Ave. My daughter asked to go look for some candies and one of the employees came to ask her if she stole anything or put something in her pocket. My daughter showed her that she was cleaned. I didn't know about the incident until we got in the car. I went back to ask what happened and why was my daughter being accused of stealing. The cashier said she saw my daughter from the cashier area and looks like my daughter was stealing..Really!? Really. What make you think you can go up to anyone and accused them of stealing? What kind of training is that? What kind of service is that? I hope you go back and get a better glasses. You are very bias, and I hope this is not relating to race.

Train your employee better on customer service. I was with doordash and I believe her name was Sally, gave me an attitude when I approach her needing help. There was no one at photo booth and there was a sign which CLEARLY stated to see cashier when no one is at photo booth to assist. She told me in a rude tone to read what it said on my doordash phone and which I did. Then said she can't help because she's cashier. Another cashier had to help with picking up customer order. Smh

I canceled my loyalty membership and stopped shopping walgreens all together because of the consistently poor attitude of the employees at this location.

Rude staff, waiting four hours for medicine for my 9 month old. Tried to explain the situation to them but they didn't want to hear it. Been using them for 5 years and have been very patient with them.

I love coming here! My Rx's are ready when they say, and if I have questions about them they're more than happy to help me out with this. Also you can get candy at a reasonable price price. Plus they have a great assortment of health care items, such as excedrin magnesium pills etc

If I could give minus 5.its not acceptable that my pharmacy is closed on Sunday. If my prescriptions were filled in a timely manner I wouldn't need a Sunday pickup. When I have had emergency medications sent by my Dr. And sent priority, you ignore the request because you're to busy. Not acceptable and when I move soon I will cease being a customer at your location.

Had an excellent photo order experience at this location. After being quoted an incorrect time at a different Walgreens location for a time-sensitive order, I reached out to this location at which Caleb and Veronica were more than helpful. They were able to process my order within minutes and were more than willing to do so. Fantastic customer service and will be returning to this (and only this) location for any photo services I need in the future.

Went in for a instacart order for a client and asked this short white woman to unlock soap out of the cases (it was $7 by the way) , she 100% racially profiled me and acted as if what I asked her was confusing then she was proceeded to make Smart remarks and unprofessional actions to help me out , She took the Soap out of the case and I needed her to hand it to me so I can scan the item she continued saying that she needed to bring it to the front and I couldn’t hold it which she thinks I’m going to steal it but all I need to do is scan the item I scan the item and she didn’t even check me out and had someone else do it as I think I was being 100% racially profiled and I will never come and shop nor do an order from this Walgreens again!
