Very friendly people. Personally I dealt with Nate, who was very friendly but mostly went out of his way to resolve my issues. Other employees also went out of their way to help.

I recently had my Hyundai Sonata serviced at Victory Auto Service & Glass for an alternator replacement, and I was very happy with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the issue with my alternator and provided a detailed estimate upfront. My vehicle Model Volkswagen Tiguan 2012 needed a lot of work and when I came in and Nathaniel Quaye was extremely helpful. They provided me car to used in the meantime and it was helpful to get back and from work. My car needed an entire engine repair, which would have cost a fortune at other stores but Nate and the guys took care of it with no problem

I go to this location all the time and Nate always gives me the best advice about my car and the service is amazing. The never try to convince me to do extra work on my car they give me a advice on what needs to be done and tells me which one I can hold off on and what really needs to be fix which really helps because car fixing is very expensive and big part of why I go there is it’s explained to me in terms I can understand thank you so much for taking care of my Acura mdx that’s my baby

Very thorough on the explanation of work your vehicle needs and they will break down the pricing very well
