-1 Star Every time I come to this store the Assistant/cashier is RUDE to customers. The lady today took my items and slammed them on the back counter. Very impatient and short/rude in her conversation.
Very very poor customer service. I went back in the store to make sure my package was taken care of. Will definitely go to another store from now on.
It’s sad people have no communication skills or customer service anymore.

Hours shown online are incorrect. Closes at 4, not 5. However, I arrived before 4, door locked and the gate halfway down. Employees staring at me from inside the store getting ready to leave while they're still advertised as being open ? employees were out the doors one minute early when that would've been the appropriate time to lock up

I’m not sure the name of the guy, but he was over 50 with balding grey hair. He was incredibly rude to me, overall had a horrible attitude and all I was trying to do was get my dead grandfather’s will notarized. Complete lack of respect or human empathy

Wouldn't take my amazon drop-off ( a small watch box) simply because it wouldn't be picked up until the next morning

The store should’ve opened at 8:30am Monday. It’s 8:40am and the store is locked. No staff on site.

Hours of operation needs to change on Google and on the front window of this place. They both say 7pm but they're closed at 6:30pm. Even the "popular times" on Google show that.

This is a very busy store and I think the staff do a great job of keeping up with the high volume .
There are times when I have had to wait.
For the most part. I’m in and out in a few minutes.

I am sitting in my vehicle after experiencing some of the worst customer service ever! Upon entering the UPS store the older sales lady had the biggest frown on her face. I said 'hello' she said, "what do you want?" I can't do that!! If the clientele isn't up to her standards, then my money goes elsewhere. Be warned, she was downright nasty. Follow-up/look at the pictures of the customers who had a positive experience. Then look at the way POC are treated like we are worthless.I will not stand for this bigotry.
