I am so ecstatic to see my child eat more, take naps (he doesn’t at home only 2 of the 7 days), learn, play, interact with others, love the Sprout About App so much! It is a safe atmosphere and the director, Stacey Baker is amazing at her job. I wish can have her high energy, contagious positive attitude, kindness and patience she has. Love the staff too, my son loves going there! Thank you so much everyone for taking good care of my VP and TC! I/we appreciate and you ALL!

We've been with Tutor Time for over 7 years. I appreciate the responsiveness of the care team and the teachers are always happy to see my children in the morning. Tutor Time is flexible with our schedule and always willing to squeeze in my older school age children when it's winter/spring break, etc. AND the new facility is so clean and organized!

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! Our child has special needs and Stacey was extremely unprofessional on how she treated our family and our son. We were looking at only needing before and after school care with our son being there for maybe 2 hours a day. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcomed in a center because of her. Kindercare and New Horizon in Champlin are way more professional, caring and understanding of every childs needs. "Every child is Unique" is stated in Tutor Time's handbook and Stacey needs some professional traninng on this.

Stacey is unreasonably difficult to work with. I bring concerns to her, she dismisses me. I ask where my kids backpack went, "just wait it will turn up" or "did you check the lost and found?" I label everything! Do they ignore labels? I'm so over being ignored and dismissed by this woman.

I would definitely recommend Tutor Time of Champlin to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place of care for their child. Stacy saved us after childcare had fallen through and we needed a place quickly. They were very accommodating and made my daughter feel special for the year and half we attended. Special shout out to Miss Steph in the infant room, who went above an beyond in taking extra care of our child.

Well, this will be my first ever negative google review, but this hits home, literally. This is the 3rd daycare center we have put our daughter in who is now 4. We went here for convenience when we moved, we can walk/bike there from our home. From day one I have been harassed about 9am drop off. We drop off between 9-930am because I work from home, and who wouldn't want extra time with their toddler in the morning. The issue here is the coordinator, Stacey, who is only concerned about control and policy, not the wellbeing of the children or their families. We attended the Tutor time in Andover for about 6 months because it was more affordable than Champlin. I'd drop off my daughter at 10-1030am some days, no issue. Today at Champlin, at 930am we were turned away. Literally wouldn't let my daughter in because of policy. I pay them $300 per week, for 4 days, and this is how we are treated. Here, they stress the "curriculum". You have to pay an extra, mandatory $80 for their school readiness program 2x per year. They decided to bring that back this year, while every family is struggling to deal with inflation. Surprise! Plus, another $40 2-3 times over the summer for "summer programs". It's pure chaos every time I go in, and the one pamphlet she came home with was 2nd grade level. WE are the ones that actually taught her the concept of counting. All they have taught her is memorization through song. It smells horrible most days, right as you enter, like a fresh poopy diaper. They have an issue with staff and turnover. With that said, the staff there is the only thing that is good. The ones Stacey hasn't scared away that is. I'll be taking my daughter, and hard earned money elsewhere, effective immediately. The coordinator already knew her last week would be the week of the 18th, probably why she felt she could just turn us away today. And you better believe she is still making us pay for this week AND next week because, policy. I can't imagine what this would do to a family that doesn't have a flexible work schedule. To my point, Stacy does NOT care. For as long as she is the coordinator here, I would not take your child there if you need a caring, understanding, and flexible environment for your child. People over Policy! ESPECIALLY when we are talking about taking care of people's children.

We love Tutor Time! Our son has been going there for over 2 years. The teachers really care. Our son speaks so well and has friends in his class. High quality daycare has been great for his development. There's a cool app so we get updates throughout the day. But it's the wonderful staff and sense of community that makes this place special.

I have had my two children, with Tutor Time in Champlin, since they were both 3 months old. We chose Tutor time based on location, cost, flexibility of being part time - transitioning to full time, the tour we had, and the education curriculum. Currently, I have a 5 year old in the PreK room and a nearly 3 year in the preschool room. We have been through different directors/ managers and a few different teachers but I have never felt like the care for my children has changed. I feel very comfortable that my children are thriving and happy at school. I always feel welcomed when we walk in and I know I can reach out to the school at any time and talk with a caring person who will listen about any subject. Overall, I am happy that we chose Tutor Time to care for my children. I’m impressed with their commitment to always improve and the steps they take to make things even better. Always willing to listen and help. They are always doing fun activities and have parent involvement. I love their SproutAbout app that I can see fun updates and pictures of my children. I can even watch live streams of them in their rooms. I would recommend anyone to take a tour with Tutor Time and see for themselves that this school is a great fit.

As first time parents, daycare was a new & unfamiliar territory but we made our decision based on cost, location & positive impression during our tour. We have been with Tutor Time for about 5 years. The facility was under different management at the time we initially enrolled, but we have been satisfied with both daycare directors that have served the facility. The current director, Ms. Stacey, is a great leader. She is engaged, responsive, & caring. Her leadership during the pandemic was impressive & the facility was prompt to establish appropriate processes to ensure safe conditions for staff & children. Our child was 6months old at the start of daycare. As she grew older and transitioned to different rooms, there were fun activities incorporated into the learning curriculum. We particularly appreciated the quality of care & curriculum in the Pre-K classroom with Mr. Brandon. His dedication to creating the best learning environment & attention to the needs of the children is admirable. There is a fair amount of teacher turnover like many other daycares, but the facility works quickly to continue to hire well trained staff. The handful of seasoned staff who have been committed to Tutor Time for many years, like Ms. Mai Kia, really make you feel comfortable & know that your child is well taken care of while under their supervision. The advancements of secure apps & video monitoring that are available to communicate with staff or see updates on your child's activity also bring peace of mind. Our child made great friendships with the other children & enjoyed attending daycare. When our child transitioned to kindergarten, she was well prepared socially & cognitively. We have been so pleased with our experience that we enrolled our second child and look forward to the futures ahead with Tutor Time.

We had our daughter attend here from February 2021 until August 2022 (from the age of 3.5 - 5 years old). We have absolutely loved our experience with Tutor Time and how they have taken care of our daughter. Stacey, the current director, is a wonderful communicator and you can see how passionate and nurturing she is to every child in attendance. While there is a bit of turnover (which, let's face it - where isn't there at this time?) - every teacher my daughter has had has formed their own special connection with her and has played a big part in her growth and development. Huge shout-out to Mr. Brandon, Ms. Dell and Ms. Mai-Kia for always showing the kids patience, warmth and lots of care and attention. Would highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and secure place where your child will truly thrive under the guidance of these folx.

My son has been going here 3 days a week since he was almost 3 months old, he's currently 2 1/2. He likes all his teachers and has made friends he gets excited to see before we bring him in. The app we use to receive messages about his day and allow us to see him on camera is great.

My children was denied care here despite the constant notes on their homepage about adjusting to the family. They are low staffed and apparently can’t accept children who are going to school for mild behaviors. Not that it’s their business but they are attending the behavior school to help regulate emotions from past experience we have had as a family with DV. My children do not need 1:1 help however the school is unable to provide staffing for them. We are at risk of losing our scholarship and the best help I can get is “they won’t be set up for success here.” We were denied also after being told we were welcomed there. This is not a school I’d recommend considering staffing is limited, if you want your children to be rightfully monitored and cared for this isn’t the place.

My wife and I are very happy about Tutor Time and the way staff takes care of our child.
