Came in because Valvoline refused to flush my transmission due to a “leak.” Owner could have told me anything but he was honest and found a damaged O ring on my oil filter that could have caused major engine damage and even gave me a replacement filter for free. Amazing service

Just got a brake system repair done here. Damage was pretty severe due to worn pads and a leaky brake line. Long did an amazing job on the brakes, and was incredibly helpful with walking me through the damage done as well as the repairs done. Pricing for the work was incredibly reasonable for the amount of damage on my vehicle, and the repairs were above and beyond what I expected.Service: Brakes

Mr Long is the best! After experiencing mechanical issues, I had my car towed to Trust Transmission & Auto Repair. After diagnostics, Mr Long advised that I needed a new engine. However, he recommended that I contact the dealership where I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Tucson from to see if they could offer any assistance. To my surprise, there was an extended-warranty on the engine as a result of a lawsuit. Hyundai found that my car qualified under the parameters and put in a new engine. The owner of the shop worked on my car transmission (Subaru Impreza) for decent price. He also had extended warranty on the part which I like most. Also he worked on my family and friends vehicles. Therefore Mr Long is the perfect guy I will recommend you for your car repair (Import and Domestic).

I usually do my own oil changes due to some bad experiences with auto repair shops in the past(Midas) but decided to get it done here because of the good reviews and my busy work schedule. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, which was scheduled for Saturday. When I showed up, the owner said he was the only person working and asked if I can come back next weekend. I understand his situation, but he could've called to let me know ahead of time. I wasted my time driving all the way to his shop.Recommendations: - Hire reliable workers and a receptionist. - Be considerate of peoples time.- Don't take on to many projects if you don't have the man power.
