Target used to be great. The online order revamp brought sales, made it quick and easy to get your order, pandemic or not. Now, they are having nothing but tech failures. They fail to correct bag fee issues, the online chat for help doesn't work, they don't send you accurate receipts. I don't know what happened in management but clearly they got lazy. As a customer, the experience is infuriating that I constantly have to call to have them fix their issues. As a shareholder, the incompetence of management is equally frustrating. Now I understand why online sales are not growing as fast, and earnings are slipping, even after accounting for hard comparables.

Hiring process is horrible. They deny you without an interview even when u have the qualifications. I applied online weeks ago and noticed I was denied, but they keep posting the same job listing on Indeed that they are hiring every other day. I've been doing collections for 6+ yrs so I know that I am qualified for there sr collection specialist position. This was my second and last time applying. Everytime I would call up there to speak to someone regarding my application nobody could help me.Seems like in the reviews here I'm not the only person having issues with the hiring process. ????

Very calm and nice work place! Commute from downtown and Richfield is a plusI parked my car in Richfield and commute in bus daily, really it saves lot of time , no stops in between .. miss MN days!
