Love Rebekah she’s so personable, friendly and does a great job! Everyone here I’ve interacted with have been very hospitable. Just a great environment with great people. Very friendly and efficient service. Ladies at the front desk are awesome too!

I would definitely recommend Taj salon and spa for your wedding day! Rebekah was absolutely wonderful to work with beginning to end- and was always there for anything I needed! The hair and makeup turned out perfect for the wedding and photos! It was an absolute dream to have Rebekah, Vanessa, Claire, Bailey, and the rest of Taj there to help us get ready for the wedding day and for it to turn out so beautiful!

I scheduled to have my hair and my bridal party done for my June wedding back in November. I thought that would be plenty of time to get everything in order. Unfortunately their "Bridal Concierge" team is not very good. They were the one stressful thing about my wedding. I had to constantly reach out to get a reply (if I got one). I was never responded to when I asked in January to schedule my hair trail. I reached out in March for a timeline to make sure we would be done on time and I did not get a reply until 3 weeks before my wedding and everything was incorrect. The times were well after I said we had to be done, they added makeup which was not marked on the form, and did not have the right styles with the right person. I tried to speak with a manager and she pushed me off saying I had to deal with the bridal team even after sharing my frustration about them. I would NOT recommend using them for a wedding. It's unfortunate since I use to like the salon but they have gone down hill with customer service. Day of the lady at the front desk was annoyed I was not paying for everyone and that she had to refund me for some of my deposit. She kept saying I could pay for someone and they pay me back even after I said no.I did love my stylist and she did a amazing job but the frustration of everything outweighs the day of service.Service: Hairstyling

Had a fantastic experience with Sam! Took me in a day earlier because my dummy self chose the wrong date! Amazing haircut and super clean environment. Will be going back soon!

We had Taj Salon provide our hair and makeup service for our wedding and it was a great experience! Courtny was great to work with and made the whole day easy. She was great at organizing and scheduling appointments for my crew and she was so friendly and helpful. All the stylists came onsite to where we were getting ready and did a great job! Everyone’s hair looked flawless and stayed in the whole night. I would recommend Taj Salon for anyone looking for a reliable on-site hair and makeup service.Service: Hairstyling

I had Baley and couldn't be happier with the coloring and extra care she gave me to make sure I was happy. I went in there with a head full of gray hair and walked out pleased with what she gave me. I highly recommend her.Services: Hair coloring
