“I was looking for a certain pair of On running shoes. Mill City Running had the best price and shipped them out promptly. I ordered them on a Wednesday morning and they were shipped by the afternoon. I would've had them by Friday if the USPS in our city didn't hold onto them for 4 days. This is no reflection on Mill City. They did their part promptly. I would definitely order from them again.”

I came in with chronic foot pain and a job in the hospital that keeps me on my feet for 12 hour shifts, looking for a specific shoe I had read about. Tim pulled that shoe along with many others for me to try. He was knowledgeable and personable, and so patient as I tried on multiple pairs. Would absolutely recommend!”
“I received a fishing rod that was damaged in shipping. While the rod was packaged very nicely, FedEx always finds a way to destroy fishing rods. Sent Omnia an email and they responded first thing the next morning, and are sending out a replacement no questions asked. Great customer support!”

“I wanted to treat my nephew to some nice cleats as hey congrats for making a competitive club soccer team. I figured Planet Soccer would be super knowledgeable and couldn't be happier with the decision to go there. I know both my nephew and I learned a lot about soccer cleats and the customer service was exemplary. I had an opportunity to chat with the owner of the place Sia and he was a great guy. I have no idea how competitive their pricing is but I always try to support local businesses when I can and this was another great experience in doing so.If you're looking for a great selection and phenomenal customer service when it comes to anything soccer related, I would highly recommend going to this store!”

“Fan HQ is a great store. They host autograph signings, most of which are paid, but they also sometimes have free signings (they just hosted a free event with Louie Varland from the Twins). This place is the most reliable one around to host autograph signings and also functions day-to-day as a sports memorabilia and apparel store. Staff is really friendly and welcoming, and the owner Shawn is very personable. They have some Fan HQ exclusive items, such as T-shirts and limited signed and numbered memorabilia. I hope this place stays open forever, as chances to meet local (and sometimes National) athletes is really fun.”

Great place to shoot; 24 hr access as a member is really handy.If you're having any kind of issues with your bow or equipment setup. “Awesome Experience while shopping for cleats and gear for our girls. the gentleman took time with each of our girls and measured their foot and brought out several pairs of cleats for them to try on and was very knowledgeable of the cleats he was bringing out. he did the same with shin guards, explained each style and helped choose the right ones for each girl! “Probably my fave card shop in the metro. It's very cozy and welcoming. Huge variety of everything. I especially like the sit down area where you have plenty of elbow room to go through stuff, without feeling pressed to buy something or rush through the process. They are also very reasonable in negotiating prices of used items.”

“I very much appreciate having this store so close to our home and the Plymouth Ice Center, where my kids and I skate. I like the point system from purchases, their Wiggle hat selection, the plethora of sticks and gear, lots of apparel, and free sharpening for a year with the purchase of skates. When the year expired in my daughter's last pair of skates, we opted to purchase sharpening for another year for around $65-70 (don't recall exactly) which is a very good deal for someone who plays hockey year round. We also purchased the same deal for my son's skates, who plays hockey most of the year. The service is personable and never pushy. It's an awesome store and I am sure us locals are thrilled to have it nearby.”
“Its a small business, so they don't sell everything you might need. But they do have a lot of great products. The only issue is their customer service is off sometimes. Like I will go in and there will be no one else there, and they won't ask if I need any help for several minutes. Which to me is kind of weird.”
