I have not been impressed with this company for my CPAP supplies. We moved here 2 years ago, bringing our machines with us from the Mayo Clinic store. This store was the closest to us on a list of recommendations from our doctor. Reliable Medical has an automated system that kept jamming up my voicemail. I finally got them to take me off that list. Then I got a text from them in December saying I was eligible for supplies. Great! I ordered through the text. 2 weeks later I was still waiting on my order so I called. They didn't have my order and I needed a prescription renewal. They said they'd send that to my Dr. You would think someone would follow up on that...either with me or the Dr if they don't get that in a few days. Thought wrong. Waited another week. Called again. They didn't get the prescription from my Dr yet. I called my Dr. The Doctor's office never got the request. I don't remember how long that went back and forth. I finally ended up driving down to the south side of Plymouth to pick up a paper copy of the prescription to take in. I showed up at the store with the prescription ready to pick up my order. Now they didn't have my mask. They'd have to order it. What do you mean you don't have my mask? Obviously I wanted that mask a month ago when I ordered it. So, after another week, I finally got my full supply order shipped to my house.
So now a real live "sleep coach" keeps leaving messages. I'm eligible for most supplies every 6 months, and I knew I wasn't at 6 months yet for my mask- but they said I was. Sure- I'll place an order. I need everything. I always have to explain that the mask I get comes with interchangeable nose pieces so it's a one size fits all. I don't know what size it it...just give me the whole kit!! Can't they put that in my record? Anyways, my order would be mailed- I think that's what we decided on. Then I get a call..."Whoops! No- you can't have your mask till the end of June." Yeah...I figured...since it hadn't been 6 months. Please give me a call when I can come fetch it. I'm still waiting for that call." It's now July. I called to see if the order was ready. They said they were just waiting for me to call. Why in the world would I call to find out if the order was ready? You were supposed to call me when the order was ready for pick up. My husband has had lots of trouble, too. He just got his supply shipment of a mask and they gave him the wrong size cushion to go with it. They have no idea who that happened. They just don't seem knowledgeable about their CPAP supplies. He's ended up paying for things they've said will work for him but then don't. It's not like you can really return a CPAP mask. So, not impressed at all with CPAP supply service from this company. Maybe they are better with other things.

I was having a problem with my walker, and I called Reliable, and I spoke with Deb Heisler, and she gave us the help we needed she also gave us great advice and would like to say she was so kind. We were so happy to meet her she is all about helping people. Deb made it so easy for John and me so we can say without a doubt we would trust Reliable with whatever need. Sincerely Vickie and John

Not very good about the next day delivery place order a week ago n has not received any supplies as of today still waiting!!!!!!!Giving false info say it will be delivered tomorrow n nothing ever show up the next day after that I called again Reliable staff say the same supplies we're pulled will be delivered sometimes today or tomorrow as of today nothing show up
NOT RELIABLE AT ALL I am very disappointed!!!
NOT RELIABLE AT ALL EVERY TIME I ORDER SUPPLIES IT TAKES 4 OR 5 DAYS TO DELIVER IM GETTING TIRE OF THIS WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY THAT I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY EVERY TIME PLACE ORDERS THAT'S NOT A TRUE FACT DONT USE RELIABLE MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!!!!!

Trying to find a replacement nasal pillow a CPAP machine, my wife contacted Reliable Medical Supply and they said they needed the prescription for the ***** Sent that in and then they wanted the results of the sleep study and a record for the previous order. They kept saying this information was needed for insurance even though I said I was paying out of pocket. At any rate, all this info is not needed - I just ordered nasal pillows online from a different vendor without needing to provide any documentation. While the main base unit does require a prescription, the accessories and consumables like filters, hoses, masks, and power adapters do not. I suspect they are just trying to build their private database of potential customers for marketing purposes which would be a sneaky way around HIPAA.

I waited 6 months for a wheelchair that would help me be more independent. What I got was a chair that I cannot use and they tell me I cant give it back for the chair I thought I was getting. My shoulders are hurting from trying to maneuver this chair. I am a above the knee amputee just trying to be independent.

I'm a personal trainer and I've been using Reliable in St. Cloud for over ten years. They were excellent for a long time until I got my third new chair from them. They can't fix a problem I've had since I've gotten it and it's been out of commission almost as much as I've been able to use it. Linda and the service techs are all very nice in St. Cloud. Covid doesn't help but I would be in a world of hurt if I wasn't able to use a manual chair. Getting through and leaving a message is challenging. They would have gotten a five star rating from me five years ago. I will be looking at a new supplier for my next powerchair and mobility aids.

treat clients with respect. I was there trying to exchange a blood pressure monitor that is too small and I was treated horribly by the Manager. she was very rude would not listen to me or help me. Do not go there if you are a larger person with big arms they discriminate

I have been with reliable medical for almost 15 years. I came here originally because of one service member who was an amazing repairman and the guy could fix anything! He retired unfortunately probably 6 years ago and no one at this place is compared. Over the last few years under New Management the service department team has been dropping like flies. New workers come have no idea how to do repairs on your wheelchairs end up using my own tools and needing my instructions on how to fix things. Their computer answering service constantly hanging up and disconnecting phone calls. I can't get a return phone call from the service department half the time now and can't even get a return phone call from another department trying to order a shower chair which I've been trying to get a hold of them now for over 2 months. I hate to say it but I am done with this place. I had a lot of respect for them and they used to take amazing care of me but this is no longer that place. Only one guy at this whole place now I still have respect for and that's Joe scanlon and he left for a while but is back but he really only works with wheelchair sales and I only get one every 5 years and it's not worth me staying just to catch him every 5 years. I have spent thousands on repairs through them to have to have someone else come back and fix what someone else screwed up or the fact that I will put in an order and they will come to my house scheduled after everything's been ordered to find out it's not even the right parts and then they have to be reordered and resubmitted. Too much hassle it's time to move on sorry you're just not reliable anymore.

I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. Saved me $$, time, and stress! I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend this company and staff!

I have nothing but love for these people! Rachel and Aaron are the best at what they do! When their competitor dropped the ball getting us set up, Rachel went out of her way to pick it up and make sure we have been taken care of! Kudos to Reliable, in this world that doesnt put value on customer service, they show you how it feels when the company they work at, does!

I have had nothing but the best treatment. Providers that I have used for many years still do not match up to Reliable Medical.Rachel from customer service is the most caring and helpful person I have encountered.
