“Cannot say enough good things about Eugene and the service he provided! Discovered my daughter was en route to another state without her meds (from two different pharmacies) on a Friday night. Long story short, Eugene managed (with great patience and perseverance) to reach BOTH pharmacies (I had been on hold with each for over twenty minutes before calling him) and get the prescriptions filled just before closing! They will be ready for her to pick up at opening tomorrow morning. He even called to confirm that they were filled, insurance coverage, and price before he left the pharmacy for the evening. We are all set! Huge kudos to Eugene at this Walmart Pharmacy location!”

“I've never been to a Hy-Vee before. Not bad. If you're looking for a standard sort of grocery store layout, you can find it here. They have some newer products, like energy drinks and exotic sounding flavors of Mountain Dew. As well as good deals on things like bounty paper towels and meal replacement bars.”

Last week I had trouble accessing my new insurance info for prescriptions and couldn't place a refill. The pharmacist called me ten minutes after I left the store to say she'd done some digging and located my new account. I was able to get the prescription refilled right away. Thank you!”

“I see your crappy reviews, and I’m here to say Lai Ki in the pharmacy was exactly what I needed from the other side of that counter today. I didn’t mess with their frightful phone message system or tie up a drive-thru, so my scope is narrow but feels are good.
I severed my relationship with CVS long ago but decided to see if this new-to-me store could pull off a juggling act (with low expectations) and am really happy to have landed in Lai Ki’s capable hands. Despite the short staffing and pressure, this gal was attentive and listened well, EXCEEDINGLY PATIENT with something I was sheepish about hassling anyone with, understanding, efficient, personable, and gracious. I’m likely back as a customer, albeit a drop in the ocean. Thanks Lai Ki! Hope she sees this :)”
