These are good, honest folks. I bought the wrong part due to a misunderstanding on my end, and the return process was easy and generous. Super reasonable. Will be doing business again.

I bought a used car this spring and it had after market wheels that needed a special lug nut drive key. After going to 2 other auto part stores.I told Joseph at O'Reilly auto parts what I needed and he checked the computer and went right to the right lug nut set. Then found the special lug nut key and grabbed it from the back.We walked out to the car and the FIRST lug nut key Joseph tried worked! Amazing knowledge at this O'Reilly's to find the right item on the first try! This is after failing at two other major auto part stores.I'm so happy I can actually take my wheels off now and change my brakes!
