I would suggest to go elsewhere!! What a crap show this store is. Cashiers “pretend” they don’t understand what your saying How are you going to deal with public and can’t understand simple English. You have other employees on their phones at the register to busy to help out, or they are talking to friends. Radio is so loud with music that should not be playing when young children are in the stores. Not only that it’s so dirty inside and out. Sticky floors to counters. Garbage all over.
Really taken a turn for the worse since new owners took over. Sad Come on owners step up or get out 🤦🏽♀️

This place never has cashiers, or someone is holding up the line. then they ring the bell and no one comes to help.
Also freezer temps seem warm. and they let everything thaw and re freeze.

The neighborhood in general has gone down hill. That is the reason the previous owner's sold this location. Sad but true. The new owner's try to keep it clean and safe...too bad the clientele has taken a turn for the worst, just like society as a whole.

This place has taken a major turn for the worse. I really miss Bills and the staff they had. It's gotten so tacky, the new owners are painfully cheap and greedy. Advertised prices are never what rings up at the register. They've blocked off a exit (illegal), I mentioned that to the owner, he cited theft being the issue.. Bills use to have a security guard at night, kept people and products safe. Tacky TCH banners, tacky blocked off exit, when someone gets caught for theft they make tacky signs saying "trespassed" with a still shot of the camera. This place is a ghetto dump. All the 5 star reviews are friends and family of the new owner. Stay away.

Been shopping here for 20 years the new owners do not care about selling expired items and over charging for items and when ya bring it up they get attitude and tell ya not to come back what a joke I will def take my money elsewhere

Been going here for over a decade. No more. The milk jugs has sticky substances all over them and neither the milk nor bread had prices..both were almost $5 each...no longer cheap, clean or safe. Will go out of my way to never go back again.
