“Diligent and knowledgeable service.We were making a jump from another provider due to signal coverage within a parking garage, as well as updating our phone equipment, and this turned out to be a larger project than anticipated. But Tom was extremely patient, helpful, and resourceful in terms of minimizing our wait time and getting the most bang for our buck. He went over numerous options and explained all the factors in selecting updated models. Moreover, there were some inexplicable credit clearance delays that prevented us from taking our new devices home right away, but Tom was great at continuing to complete the order and keeping us in the loop as things progressed. Especially for an elderly couple, making decisions on new technology can be intimidating, but Tom did an impeccable job at making things plain and understandable for my parents. We couldn’t be happier with the help we received.”

My brand new phone was so messed up, but I didn't get insurance! She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! I was hesitant about switching over from ATT to Cricket. I'm not sorry one bit because of Stevie the store manager!! I highly recommend this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids over any location!!”

My wife and I stopped into the store today as we had alot of questions s with no answers after swapping over to at&t at a target the rep from target left out alot of details and options that would of been available to us from the get go but I've learned they don't give you all the Info nor the actual pricing as it wasn't a simple $160. Definitely would recommend the store and Kevin is awesome taking the time to explain our options and such. Even added our youngest son to the plan which we weren't goi g to originally but with the honesty and time given we didn't see why to wait”
“Lamar's the man. Stuck it out with me for 2 hours while we went through the process of switching carriers to Cricket. I had a lot of questions comparing possible phones to get and he helped me answer every single one of them. If the answer wasn't easily available with in store info, he did online research for me to find it. And not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. His patience was top tier. To top it off, he stayed past close with me to finish the transaction. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Give my man a raise ?”
