I've appreciated being employed here. Yes it has its flaws but all business's do, regardless. Some are different but either way it don't matter. I've ultimately had a good experience and have appreciated my employment here. It has a ton of potential and room for you to grow as well. Thank you MMD for keeping me aboard. ? And I do like the work and what it has to offer. It's fair and actually more decent than my last job. Definitely has the equipment I need to do the work. Unlike my last job it was horrible for providing equipment. This place is by far better at it. I wouldn't say this is a bad place to work. I'd say it's good and the environment is very clean. Another big deal, good thing, about it. ?

Very bad experience with some rude management.Assembler (Former Employee) brookly park MN- June 28, 2020No room or space for anyone to work, no respect for employees, many days without any water and do hard labor at times in very hot environment. Accused of doing things wrong when other people responsible, almost got hit by forklift a couple of times due to there being no space to work safely, tremendous amounts of favoritism, dealt with rudely and unfairly, so many people giving giving conflicting responsibilities, everything messy and unorganized.ProsWhen shift was over and we could go homeConsNo respect for peopleWas this review helpful?

Very bad training proceduresMolding Operator (Former Employee) - Brooklyn Park, MN - June 28, 2017The training desperately need to be more in depth. First of all, there is no trainer. There are just shift leads that barely know the job processes. Everyone trains everyone therefore, rules and instructions are repeatedly broken and not followed. There is a lot of miscommunication and the technicians are extremely rude and their language is very offensive. Problems often go unresolved. This place lacks organization.

Horrifically managed. There is a lack of communication and direction. It seems like no one, including management and "higher ups" know what's going on. Everyone knows a little, but there is no overall leadership. The training is next to non-existent. You are thrown to the wolves and then counseled when something isn't done right. There is no guidance or consistency. Will go back and forth from having steady work to having nothing and being sent home. also technicans are extremely rude their language is very offensive bad peaple.

Bad managementMachine Operator (Former Employee) - brookly park, MN - June 4, 2021Very bad management, unfair unless you are their favorite. Coworkers don’t like to help you. Everyone talks behind your back. They time how long it takes you to use the bathroom.

Truck driver here to pick up a load. Drivers you may want to save yourself the headache and back into this place from the driveway right across from the entrance to get in here as turning around is very tight. Other than that, they started loading me almost right away.

Beware of companies like this one!! This company is all about mass production. So it is quantity over quality and they don't know how to properly train employees. How can you expect good quality when you give below average training. I know someone who got hurt here and they treated them as if it was there fault. They didn't care about them getting better. It was and still is about their bottom line nothing more. There workers compensation is a big joke and nothing more than that. Their insurance works for them and not the people. The nurse that called to ask questions was insulting and blamed my friend injury on his weight. Adding injury to insult they did not pay for the time he was out of work. Putting him in a bind! Bottom line they do not care for their workers period. Just another corporation caring about their bottom line and not the people who keep them in business!! So please beware of companies like this one!
