The Mr. car wash monthly package is a great value! And this particular car wash is exceptional! I wish all Mr. car washes had an air hose to fill up tires with! That would be a great plus!

People always say my car tires look AWESOME! Mister does a great job. Been using them since they opened. Unlimited washes and each time is only like 2 minutes. The free vac is also useful too as I have kids.

Just bought a membership to this car wash, and the wash scratched the tailgate of my truck on 20 Sept 2024. Filed a report and am now waiting for the GM to call me after they investigate the damages. Will update the review once they call me.
Management denied my claim on 24 Sept 2024 and stated they will be getting a second opinion from another manager. I will stand by for the next call on the other option on 26 Sept 2024.
After calling to talk with corporate and getting the regional manager involved. Jason approved to get my truck fixed through a mobile detailing company on 6 Oct 2024. The issue has been corrected, but I will not use this car wash again.

Untrained employees, managers don’t respond to customer complaints via voicemail or email. Go somewhere else.

One of my favorite Mister Carwash in the Twin Cities. New smooth equipments, soft brushes, strong vacuums, and Herzain the employee is world class level customer service!!!!! He is a true delight to have worked with. AAA+++

Staff spent 5 minutes trying to upsell service. Debris ended up on the car, black substance ended up on the car from something inside the "wash". One of the brushes knocked part of a panel off my car above the window. Brush marks all over the car.
Horrible service. Car is far worse after service.

I drive a Ford focus hatchback and have issues with car washes not getting my back window clean. Not the case with this location! Does a great job on my little car

My whole road is under construction, so my car was pretty gross because of the mud. The guys working at the front today sprayed the car down thoroughly and did a fantastic job making sure all the gunk stuck to my car was cleared off. Definitely appreciate the time and extra care!
