If I could give them 0 stars I would. I asked the guy with the glasses who still couldn't see a simple question about the fees. He told me "you could go somewhere else" If a customer has questions about what they're spending their money on, it should be answered respectfully. I now know why they have only 3 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Apparently unlimited only means in your area but you can pay extra to call outside your area. Oh and when you are unhappy and want to talk to a supervisor they make you talk to a lowly agent first and then you have to explain yourself over and over again and get upset about a simple situation that could have been avoided if unlimited truly meant unlimited to them!!!! $140 wasted on 2 lines and switching numbers again

I came in for service concerning switching to a new phone. I was helped by Sam. Great guy. I was the only customer so it was very quick. I will certainly be returning if I ever need anything else related to my phone. Thanks, Sam!

Prompt, honest, excellent pricing and professional. My phone was pretty badly beat up and they got it looking and acting like brand new super quick. Would go to again and recommend to anyone!

Very rude plus the sell cheap Bluetooth for $20 and up and they know it will stop working in week if go there they won't replace it so please do not buy any accessories cause they won't replace it

Extremely rude employees and GOOD LUCK getting a replacement WARRANTY phone if anything goes wrong. These cheap asses refused to put in a claim for my boyfriend because they didn't want to take the loss When you're a business you have to anticipate these things, and you don't have to be a j*** about it. Go to the one by planet fitness and the dollar tree if you need to go to a metro pcs do NOT give these people you're business because they are NOT in the business of helping people.
