Sabrina Thompson who is my IHS worker is a really awesome person. Sabrina goes out of her way to make sure people are set up for success. When I was homeless a year ago she got me into the group home she manages. When I got kicked out due to me being unstable in January she made sure and went out of her way to make sure I had food and a ride to church every Sunday. She is a really awesome best friend too. We were best friends before I moved in. I am not manipulated or coerced or paid to say any of these things. She has had my back several times and back in February I was at her house one day and she went out of her way and cooked a pot of spaghetti and sent me home with it when I lived in the Days Inn before I relocated to my apartment where she comes in as my support to help me clean. Sabrina is Essential to Mainsl and without her Mainsl would be at a loss. Mainsl is a great company that cares about the safety, well being, and definitely in the business of making hopes and dreams happen. Sabrina is the glue that holds the company together much like puzzle glue holds puzzles together…Sabrina has taken me and others on extraordinary outings and countless ventures and goes out of her way to make us feel like part of the family. Sabrina is very special and is not to be confused with another Sabrina on a tv show called Sabrina the Teenage Witch. She is nothing like a witch and is truly a very special dear friend I hold closest to my heart.

MAINS’L is a excellent place to work. The staffs are super nice and I love the clients they’re so wonderful. Don’t read negative reviews and judge the place see for yourself. Even the bosses are sweet.

Been working with this company for approximately two months now. I must admit that I do like the atmosphere. Staffs get along very well!! Not only that but we work as a team to get the job done.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. “Didn’t receive” my tax forms so I emailed them and nobody bothered to tell me that they were “blurry” until I inquired about it. A complete waste of money. My contact always has an attitude whenever I email her about an issue I have. I never had an issue before this year. I will definitely be switching companies ASAP. I’m over this disaster.

They care about the people they serve as well as their employees. They encourage their staff to take time off when we need it, spend time with our families. We actually support the individuals we serve and not just tell them what WE think is best. PERSON CENTERED THINKING that's what Mains'l is about. It is a great place to work.

I worked for Mains'l for a decade. I left them a decade ago due to relocation to another state. I can say, I never loved another job as I loved working for them. The work alone was a gift and staff were treated like gold! The owners are very kind and loving people who never saw themselves as higher beings in their role. If a CEO will happily go into a home and clean toilets, I think that says plenty.
