Good monthly rates, especially considering they offer fitness classes and have a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately we cancelled our membership because instructors were constant no-shows for class. When i asked the front desk they basically shrugged and said the instructors were self employed

Awful club. The first rep that signed me up never told me about the cheaper packages which I later found out about. I canceled my membership then came back. The second rep never told me about the annual fee of $64 which I found out only by checking my credit card statement. I tried to cancel my membership again and the rep said he could not, only a manager could and he wasn’t there, what a joke. So he said he would email him to cancel it. Sure enough I was billed the next day for my monthly membership fee. The first time I canceled my membership the rep did it in 15 secs. This club is just your typical shady, corrupt business who will do anything to make an extra buck. Stay away from.

The only reason we go here is it is close to our house. The managers sit at their desks all day & do nothing. I asked today for signs around the building...again.....to tell members to get off their phones when on a machine. I had to practically wake up a guy to use the machine. 25 minutes. Did nothing. Happens every day. The manager said we've found signs don't work. Really. I've been a member 5 years. No signs up ever. People are entitled & rude but it might change if you actually tried rules.

This gym is super dirty!! The stretching area by the locker rooms have a built up residue on the pads and you can blow the hair and dirt right off the pads. Its so gross! I went over to stretch on the turf and I would bet anything the turf has never been cleaned since it was installed! Also good luck getting a good workout in if you go after 4pm! It's so packed in there it's ridiculous! I've been an LA Fitness member for many years and new to this area. I will definitely be looking for a different gym to train at where cleanliness is on the priority list!

It was my first day and excited to join Zumba class. The instructor, Maria, did not look friendly right off the bat. I said hi and smiled, she just looked at me. Nervous and I wanted to stay in the back but there was no room except in the front. In the middle of class almost half way through, she told me to move to the side because I was slow. I was pretty shock and embarrassed. I know I'm slow and tried my best but she didn't have to say it so rudely. It's my first time was I supposed to pick up the steps quickly idk. I wanted to walk out right after that but looked at the clock and had 15 mins left so I made myself stay. I put 3 stars bc I was actually having fun and enjoyed it but my whole mood shifted after that. I thought it'll help ease some stress by joining zumba bc I'm a caregiver to my husband that suffered from stroke but it was not it. Won't go back to that class because I don't feel good enough to.

Every barbell is slick. No chance they buy new ones. Crowded as hell.

They’ve made a lot of really good improvements over the last year that I’ve seen: added a turf area, repainted the basketball courts, added a healthy smoothie shop plus the atmosphere in the gym and locker room is friendly

So a while ago, a couple of senior citizens almost passed out after using the hot tub and I suggested to them to drink water to cool down the heat after being in the sauna and the hot tub. Evidently they had consumed all the water they had brought. I have never been to a facility that doesn't have a water fountain. So a few days ago, a group that looked like franchise owners came in and I hinted to them that they needed to have a water fountain. The response was very rude. They don't have enough space and it's costly to do the wiring! Where does the membership money go to if they can't provide the facilities that are needed to keep members safe? Yesterday I went in after 6pm and noticed someone had puked around the hot tub area and smeared blood on the walls. I tried calling the young Man who was on duty but as usual, he's always busy entertaining his friends and busy on his phone for the most part that even if you approach him with a situation he just brushes you off rudely and does nothing. 10 minutes before the gym closed, he came to the area with a friend of his who's not an employee of the facility and these fend of his took it upon himself to point fingers at patrons yelling at them telling them to get out the gym is closed. WHO gave him the authority to come and disgrace members who are paying him for the job that he's not even doing? You then have trash all over falling out of the trash cans because there's nobody working! What are the members paying for if we have to come to a facility that is a health hazard??????
