I ordered food from this location and the pizza was chucked sideways in the bag, bread sticks were dumped in and my sealed bottle of coffee turned into some random concoction made by a worker that I didn't know what was in it. The request for the items to be remade was rudely turned down. Everything looked like it was dumped on the floor and the drink was messed with. I had to throw everything away and waste money. Normally I love Kwik trip and their great customer service. I won't be back to this location for a very long time, if at all.

I stopped in here around 6:30 am on a Tuesday to pick up some muffins for a work meeting. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they sell individually wrapped muffins, which was perfect. There were 5 or 6 flavors to choose from, and they were a big hit with my employees. Even though it was really early, the employee who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I'll be stopping in again!

Thank you SO much to the kind staff at this location, especially Dylan. My car battery needed a jump with the cold front we are facing. I was already having a bad day, needed to get somewhere else, and AAA had a LONG wait. Dylan came out in the freezing cold to help me jump my car. I appreciate him so much!!!

Unfortunately, I encountered an employee named Ava at the front counter who’s been there since 2022. She had a bad attitude. She didn't have a friendly tone and didn't appear happy to be happy working there. Very negative image for kwik trip, typically you come across more positive people.Hopefully, Kwik Trip addresses this issue and ensures a more positive and welcoming environment for everyone. Let's support businesses that prioritize great customer service! ??

For whatever reason there are no Kwik Trips in Minneapolis. This is one of the closest ones to me on the north side.I usually stop at QuikTrip to get some of the cold chicken wings as they're only $3. I can find myself using the No Fee ATM as well.This KwikTrip seemed just as good as any other one which is always great

"See you next time" She just wasn't feeling the love. Yesturdays experience in customer service was a total disaster preformed by the young lady with the nose ring. Stopped in quick as a favor to pick up a propane tank. As a regular customer I am use to engaging interactions with your staff. Not today anything but an interaction from this young lady. Zero acknowledgement at the counter when making the purchace. Since she was the only one up front I asked her if she had somebody to call to unlock the cage, she just stared at me. I went out and waited after 5 minutes walked back In now a guy was behind the counter and the young lady was reorganizing the bananas. Showed my receipt and said was waiting for somebody to unlock the cage. He apologized and immediately radioed for assistance. I went back out and lucky me the same young lady came sauntering out that refused any earlier engagement. She unlocked the cage opened the doors than proceeded to turn her back to me while I dug through the four sections to find a full one. After finding one I stated "oh here's a full one" she than turned around completely ignoring me so I kinda stood in the way of her to close the gate forcing her to look at me, when she did I thanked her and said "See you next time" yeah got the complete teenage eye roll. Sometimes 1 bad apple can spoil the whole cart!

Half the pumps are out of order. After going to two that didn't work I took my business elsewhere.Inside seems nice.

Don't really recommend the car wash unless you like stripes on your car and your tires. The top of the line wash was a joke. Dirt Stripe up the back of my car, dirt stripes on both sides, and even stripes on the tires.As a follow-up they did provide me a free re-wash of the car. The soft touch did a better job.

I was having issues with pumping air in my tires. After a few attempts, I went inside and asked a gentleman to help. Brian jumped at the opportunity, not to mention it was -11 degrees outside. Yikes. He was so kind to pump all my tires for me so I wouldn’t freeze. Thank you Brian, you’re the best! Hope your supervisor sees this.
