Vacuum doesn't work. Would be nice if there was any indication before it ate my change.

Needed a receipt so I could reimbursed on my gas purchase from work. The receipt didn’t print and there was no one at the desk. So now I can’t get reimbursed. Tried calling the number no one picked up!!!
