I had got my window fixed a couple months ago and couple weeks later my window started to feel like it was off track when the winter hit the window completely went off track I'm not able to get an hold of them at all to fix this situation

We have tried at least 3 times to get our Tesla windshield replaced and was told the day of that no service member has been there to actually perform the repair. Today, after waiting 5 hours, we were told the glass they were going to replace it with had a huge scratch. So AGAIN we are unable to get our windshield replaced after trying for months. Will never be back.

Had to go in to Brooklyn Park location told me 2 hours but was done in 1 hour my service tech new what she was doing and she very great to work with fun shop very clean very helpful even saw them help customers that walked in from outside appointment

Cannt seem to get them to work on my windshield. They said they couldn’t find any. (2017) ford. It’s been over two months. Still no windshield. Tired of this. Will be going elsewhere

More wind noise since repair in 2019. Forgot to put windshield wipers back. Found out when I was driving home and it was raining, I was put in a dangerous situation because of this. Had to have them work on it two additional times to get the wipers working right again. The attitude of the manager was very flippant and very unconcerned with the poor work. I would never trust to use them again. Safety and quality does not seem to be a concern to them. This was at the Roseville location.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This was my second experience with safelite. Both resulting in thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle. The first time, they didn't properly seal the new windshield resulting in water running inside the windshield right into all my electronics causing my instrument cluster, HUD, console, etc.. to all fail. The second time (2 years later), they broke the windshield camera (cruise control, collision, etc.. all works off of it) on my escalade while installing the replacement windshield. Since I could "not prove" that it was working before I brought it in (which it was) they would not fix it, or even let the Cadillac dealership explain how they new it was them who had broken it. I tried for over a month to connect the manager from safelite to the dealer tech. Wouldn't even bother. Go elsewhere, even if your insurance won't cover it all. It will save you money in the long run.

Love this place! They replaced the glass in my sunroof and I was in and out in no time. Better than the great service is their friendly and professional staff - Claudia and Hunter were awesome! I would highly recommend Harmon Auto Glass.
