This store needs new staff. had two racially motivated attacks this evening the store manager clearly targeted me in the rudest way possible because I am white and she is black. first, two black girls charged at me and told me to stop looking at them. when parties as such are determined to create a scene or target you, you already know they are just looking for a fight and nothing you will say will stop them because they dislike you for how you look and will not stop no matter what. so of course an " I wasn't looking at you" did not stop it and they called me other obscenities. i went to the back of the store did not feel safe so called the cops then proceeded with my items to the back of the store where the store manager picked on me, clearly I was trying to decide what I wanted to buy. she angrily grabbed my items and I said I was trying to decide what to buy. she said oh Im the store manager, you can look at them over there in another section... well I was already chased to the back by the girls who wanted to start a fight then I was harangued by the irritable manager so I said, "ok, fine. i will take my things to the section she wanted me in," so I moved to the section n but she was already calling the cops on me trying to kick me out because she wanted beef with a white chick. i was not allowed to make a purchase these women were all clearly targeting me and whoever the store owner is needs to get on their game and get fresh staff. If you want to pick on white people I suggest going to the state you came from because this is a state full of white people

Waste of time. Came here during normal hours and the doors were locked, with all the store lights on & no sign of anyone inside.

I go into family dollar to get washing powder the item on the shelf clearly say it’s a sale for $10.45 minus $1.00 after clipping the coupon which would make it $9.45 I get to the register and the employee tell me she can’t honor it because it’s ringing 11.45 before tax even though it’s on the shelf for less. It’s 3/30/23 manager not here refused to override said that I need to contact corporate because it’s their mistake. So I ask her are you going to remove the sticker so other customers aren’t confused because they are all across the shelf not in one place and she said she can’t! That’s false advertisement. Decided not to purchase I’ll go some place else to get the things I need!

Has a large inventory on essential products, some of the other isles are a mess but besides that's it's not too bad of a location, the employees are decent and this location is very busy.

First time to location on 12/24/21 I was able to find everything I needed and then some. The workers are overworked and underpaid. But through it all they were pleasant and helpful.

I don't shop at places that don't allow you to use their restrooms. Because this is a predominantly African and African American area feels very Jim Crow.

I have always found everything I needed at this location plus the staffs are wonderful people to their customers. 2021 update, few welcoming things have changed since 4 years ago.

Frequently not open when they say they will be but yet there was two Cashiers there. One time it was an hour after they were supposed to be open and they actually used 2 inches of snow as an excuse
