We love this school. My kids really enjoyed going there and will miss being there. The directors and teachers have been so wonderful to my family. They are patient and care for each one of the kiddos as if they were their own.

Hands down, the best preschool around! From the moment you step through the doors, you're greeted by a management team that truly cares. They're not just there to run things smoothly; they're there to ensure every child feels safe, loved, and valued. Their attention to detail is impeccable, from curriculum planning to daily operations, nothing is overlooked. And let's talk about the teachers - absolute gems! Their passion for early childhood education shines through in everything they do. They go above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Each teacher takes the time to understand every child's unique needs, ensuring they receive personalized care and support. My child has blossomed under their guidance, gaining confidence, social skills, and a love for learning that will last a lifetime. I am continually impressed by the creativity and dedication of the teaching staff. It's clear that they pour their hearts into their work, and it shows in the happy faces of the children. If you're looking for a preschool where your child will not only learn but also feel cherished and supported, look no further. This is more than just a school; it's a second home for our little ones. Five stars doesn't even begin to do justice to the exceptional experience we've had here!

Our daughter has attended Everbrook for almost 2 years. I am writing as the parent of a toddler in the classroom of Ms. Ciara Mercier to commend her work with children. While in Ms. Ciara Mercier’s room, our daughter is provided with structure and consistency with regard to expectations and behavior. She is supported in learning healthy ways of managing her emotional health, and is provided with a wealth of academic and cognitive education. Ms. Mercier has established an area where the children in her room can go to emotionally regulate, calm themselves, and take a timeout. Given the developmental stage of 2-year-olds, there are a lot of big feelings happening and Ms. Mercier is attentive and addresses these in a healthy and positive manner. She has partnered with us to maintain consistency between our home and the classroom, notably to address strong emotions and helping our child learn to regulate those and learn healthy coping skills. Ms. Mercier is excellent at communication and maintains open dialogue with us concerning our child’s behavior and development. Our daughter is learning so much from Ms. Mercier, both in terms of emotional health and her cognitive and academic development. Ms. Mercier provides curated lesson plans aimed at helping the children in her classroom develop letter and number recognition and more. Our daughter knows her letters, can recognize her name and several other words, and loves to practice counting and her ABCs at home. Ms. Mercier is not only instructing her students, she is teaching them to love learning. And in addition to that, she is teaching these little folks how to manage their emotional health and be kind humans. Her class also frequently engages in fun gross and fine motor skills activities in a variety of settings, and the students are immersed in creative sensory experiences daily. It’s clear Ms. Mercier puts a lot of time and thought into her lesson plans and approach to teaching, and we love seeing all that our daughter is learning. Our daughter loves school and often talks about her teachers at home. Having a teacher like Ms. Mercier is wonderful, and she is teaching little people so much more than academics as she incorporates sensory opportunities, motor skills, and mental health into each day. We could not be more pleased with the experience our child is having with Ms. Mercier as her classroom teacher. We felt compelled to write a sincere letter of our appreciation and recognition of Ms. Mercier going above and beyond each day.

I would not recommend this center to any family. Most recently my child (4 years of age) has been called a racial slur by the lead teacher Ms. Sierra. It has been 2 weeks and nothing has been done on the schools end. They have suggested the information is false and denied me access to audio for the classroom cameras as well as refusing to meet with myself and my child’s father to review the teacher’s aggressive behavior the two days she was in the classroom with our child. Prior to this incident I had brought several concerns to the assistant director, Cassie, regarding my child and each time I was quickly dismissed and my needs or expectations were not met. I attempted to have meetings with staff several times but they’d never follow up so I would have to stop in and “chat” with the director before or after work to get my concerns heard. I will say my son learned a lot at this center and he truly enjoyed Ms. Brooke and Ms. Lay. So sad a kid can’t just be a kid in today’s world with sick, hateful adults like such in this facility.

First impression was trash. I had a scheduled tour, Showed up on time. Walk in the building, There’s no instructions on what to do. I picked up the phone and tried to call. Nobody answered, I can see a lady sitting on the inside she looked at me and clearly ignoring me. Knocked on the window To see if she can get somebody from me or point me in the right direction. She opened the door and said I’m just a staff here, no hi, no how can I help you, she told me that “I’m just a staff here” that’s it. I turned around and walked out. Would not recommend if you can’t even walk in the door or get help.

My kids absolutely love it here! The center is clean and staff are friendly! Danielle and Cassie are so flexible and great to work with. While scrolling here I’m seeing some pretty negative reviews which I believe are the product of a disgruntled employee because as a parent that has been here for several years I have never seen this kind of behavior from leadership or the teaching staff. Our experience has been absolutely wonderful. My kids are safe, happy, and thriving. Every transition up I am in my emotions over them leaving their amazing teachers, only to be blown away by the level of care by the next group. Some staff have been here long enough to have cared for all of my children from infants and up and it has been so fun to watch each of my kids form a bond with them. This school has been a second home, welcoming, inviting, and inclusive. I recommend it to everyone.

Very bad experience….just one teacher was good, all other teachers were terrible one even touched my son with dirty hands. Why she eats French fries and then touching my son?? Director was really rude, aggressive and when I tried to ask something she didn’t even want to stand up from her chair and come out from the office. 0 of the professionals attitudes. Over priced!!! Don’t bring your kids in here!

Take your toddler else where. The Directors at this facility are quite literally terrible and the staff at the facility informed me of that when I was enrolling my child. First day of daycare for my child her teacher Ms.Ciara was mishandling my child and secluding her from other kids saw it all on the live video. I went to pick my child up and found that the food she was eating had a piece of black hair and a teacher plus the nutrition staff was in the room watching.

Wouldn’t recommend, don’t being your kids here, specially if you’re of color. Lost a lot of their main great teachers, walk and barely realize the place now. Front management is terrible as well. Not sure on how they’re even open still.

Ms.Dorci was such a great teacher and always made sure that we understood everything even when Danielle (leadership) wasn’t doing her job .

Every member of their staff is a great teacher and team player. The school director Danielle is the hardest working teacher I have ever known, she is both a teacher and in leadership but she always makes time to share her interactions with my son to me. Also, Miss Mandy and Miss Ciara in particular are great teachers that I am grateful to have had in my sons life. It will be a sad day when my boys outgrow Everbrook.

I love the teachers and teachers aides there, they have always treated my 2 children like their own.. My oldest which is 5 now started there when he was 2years old and i had another child a year after and enrolled him in there as well. It all started when the director ( danielle ) would feel like its ok for her child to break school rules and make it dangerous for other children to be in the classroom at the same time which isn't fair to other parents and students. Her son would throw things intentionally and hit others and not be removed from the class nor have any incident reports. Also he would be able to bring his ipad to the center and she would connect his ipad to the centers internet and also reward him for bad behavior. Danielle would speak so badly about certain staff which is unacceptable. I even heard her speak bad about other parents as well and talk to some parents like their beneath her. I have brought several situations to janelle which is danielles boss and she has done nothing about any situation at all. All of their staff who has been their for several years are leaving if they haven't already. This place is very unorganized danielle is very rude and cassie is her puppet he can't think for herself. I can go on about several situations but I've done enough here i also will be expressing my concerns someone higher. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've only rated it 2 stars because of the teachers & teachers aides

Leadership (specifically Danielle) serious lack of customer service and communication skills was just awful, rude, and full of arrogance every single time. And at times communication just didn’t happen at all. 2 of the teachers we worked with were great tho ?

My granddaughter is a student at Everbrook Academy in Brooklyn Park, MN. I have had the pleasure of picking her up on several occasions & I was extremely impressed with the school. First, the staff made sure to check that I was authorized to pick her up. Second, I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. Also, all the staff seemed to know my granddaughter by name. My daughter uses the parent portal & often shares photos with me which are periodically sent to her on a daily basis. She also shared a folder that was sent home showing progress, assignments & detailing learn goals, etc. The folder was filled with photos of my granddaughter participating in assignments & activities over a period of a few months. Each section of the folder contained handwritten notes about my granddaughter's progress and I was impressed with the fact that every note was positive. I really cannot think of one thing I do not like about this facility. I highly recommend it!
