I'm writing this as I wait to pick up 3 prescriptions, two of which should have been ready days ago but just got started today when I called to see what was going on.I've been waiting nearly 20 minutes, as the 6th in line. 0 customers have been served since my arrival, but some have given up waiting, boosting me to my coveted 6th-in-line position. Number 7 behind me is probably hoping I give up too.I might have to, actually, to pick up my baby from daycare before they close, but she really needs this antibiotic. So... I wait.I have no words for how terrible my experience is at this CVS Every. Single. Time.Pick any other pharmacy. Do not come here.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. They hardly have the medication and when they do, they don't fulfill it until you show up then they tell you to wait 30 minutes. Like why? This is horrible

Called to check if my clinic sent a prescription over, never answered the phone after 20 minutes each time. Realize they are short staffed but taking drive thru customers over customers in store is poor service. Should alternate between drive in and in store. 3 in line before me were getting vaccinations. If that short staffed they should no longer be scheduling those appointments.

First time going to a CVS pharmacy & hated it. The staff was nice, but seemed like they did not know what they were doing. It was our first time there & I had 2 prescriptions for my son. A young lady was helping me & asked for my ID, gave it to her for her to realize that the prescription wasn’t even for me (which would have been obvious if she would have looked at the prescription first). I handed her my ID along with my son’s insurance card. She got everything into the system, which took about a good 20 minutes, then after all of that said that she couldn’t fill the prescriptions, which was for Tylenol & Amoxicillin. I asked if she would be able to partial it & she said no, even though she clearly stated that they had some, but not enough. The pharmacy manager came over, tried to see if they had any in stock, came back & asked if I had state insurance. I told her yes, then she said, “We don’t take state insurance. You’re going to have to go somewhere else like Walgreens, Hyvee, or Cub Foods.”I was furious. I waited so long for the technician to enter in everything & then was basically just told to take my prescriptions & leave. Mind you, this was on a Saturday around 5pm & most pharmacies near us were closed at 6pm. By the time I was told to go somewhere else it was already 5:30pm.If the technician knew what she was doing, it wouldn’t have taken so long! I would’ve been told right off the bat that they don’t take state insurance, which would have saved me so much time just waiting there! State insurance cards are different from commercial insurance cards. Also, what kind of pharmacy doesn’t carry 200ml of children’s Tylenol!?I wouldn’t waste my time going there if you have state insurance!

If possible, I'd give them a negative star. 1 star is way too nice. It's rare to have more than 2 people working at this location. After foot surgery, they decided 60-day and 90-day prescription refill was more important than to give pain meds for foot surgery. Waiting over 6 hours, they kept saying one more 1.... decided to switch to cub foods. Every kid meds take over 30 min in drive thru even when you're the only car there.

Such a convenient locations ,was so excited when this was going up , and ask me when was the last time I would even think of leaving a review to any CVS IN USA , but this one made me !Worst costumer service ever at the pharmacy - horrible at pharmacy and pretty bad at the cashier.I’m leaving this review after having a bad service for 10 + times .Prescriptions are never ready and personal doesn’t seem to care about the costumers .

O. M. G. I Love CVS because they have good pharmacists and good customer service (usually), but this store is THE WORST!Urgent care sent over a prescription on a Saturday because I was very sick. I come here an hour later to pick it up, there's a long line and one pharmacist working. She hasn't even seen my script yet. She kindly apologizes and says she'll have it ready in a half hour. I wait in my car (because I'm sick and don't want to make other people sick) and 30 minutes later I go to the drive-through... now they are closed for lunch!Never again. I know lots of places are short staffed, but this is below minimum. Shut down the store if you can't handle the traffic.

Gave me wrong dosage of my prescription, which was twice as much as what I should’ve had. Thankfully I noticed before I took it. Double check what they give you before you take it!!!!!

I've had it with this place! My third consecutive visit and there's no cashier!I've been told apathetically by the staff they have a quota to fill using the self service kiosk. This self service kiosk barely works properly. Takes too long to weigh items or process the transaction. I'm sooo over it.This time around there's someone taking up time by apparently being overcharged by the kiosk, no cashier, just a manager who can't figure out what has gone wrong with the machine. Cashier only stepped out when there's 4 customers waiting with their hands full. Will find another pharmacy if I have to drive twice as far

I had a sleep depriving cough and had a doctor submit an order for the ‘good’ cough syrup in an effort to get a good nights sleep. The order was placed on a Saturday. CVS was out at the local store and told me they should have it available on Sunday. On Sunday, I was told it would not be available until Monday and that the pharmacist who talked with me on Saturday was a trainee who didn’t know how these things worked. I was leaving town on Monday. They could not find the means to have the product brought in from another of their gazillion locations nor could they transfer the order to any of the other gazillion locations without a new prescription. This all took place on a weekend. Doctors are hesitant to reply to snot slinging, sleep deprived hackers on weekends unless they present with a compound fracture as a primary complaint with the nasty cough as a secondary whine. Before you ask for a prescription to be sent to a specific store, make sure that store has what you need. I’m still hacking and still grumpy. Lesson learned and page turned. I should have just made a hot brandy and went to bed. Which I will do tonight.

This location has been constantly changing there closing time or have been frequently reducing there hours. So often when in need of a quick stop to the pharmacy and thinking there open at there time posted. Then when you show up, they always seem to have a new sign posted with different hours. Its a great and convenient location when open. Just often times ther closed when needed.

It’s a great store with employees who are willing to help customers, the store is so organized so it’s easier to find items
