Do not use this pharmacy, they ALWAYS take forever to give me my prescriptions. Very long wait times!!

CVS in Brooklyn Park doesn’t ever answer the phone in the pharmacy!!! They say they will call back in an hour, which they don’t do. Not only the patients but the Dr. office said the same thing. How do you run a successful business without communication? Poor customer service.

Horrendous customer service in the pharmacy. Why must it take 45 min in line with 3 people ahead. (In the drive thru) It shouldn't take that long. Please hire more people and retrain the current employees in how customer service works. Rude. Rude. Rude. If I could give 0 stars i would.
