CVS Pharmacy in Target of West Broadway in Brooklyn Park.I've tried to call there to ask about my CVS eyedrops that had been recalled two days in a row and no one answered. I went there in person and there was only one person working. The phone was ringing and she was too busy to answer. There was five people in line and the line wasn't moving. I walked out for the third time unable to get a simply question answered. This pharmacy seems always understaffed. When I came home, I tried to call the CVS corporate headquarters to complain. I was on the phone for 30 minutes on a recording and no one ever answered. CVS is the pits! I am moving my prescriptions to Walgreens. They always seem to have plenty of staff available. I should have stayed there to begin with.

Says they offer walk-ins for flu shots, but when you do, they say “we cannot do that walk-ins at this time”, then when you point out the fact that their website says otherwise, and they have a sign that says they offer walk-ins your told “I don’t know, just call ahead next time.” Very frustrating as I took time off work to be here, and after standing in line only to be told this??? Just frustrating.

Every single time I get a prescription filled at this pharmacy, and every time, without a doubt there is a problem on their end. Waste of time and good luck trying to get a hold of them. You’ll be on hold for 45 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Got told off for “waiting until the medication is finished” to order refills when I have multiple important medications to refill and I try to get them filled all at once so as to not go make multiple trips to target to pick up at separate times.....but when I try to order them when I have about 3 days worth left, it’s TOO EARLY. It’s not like this pharmacy bothers to send out notifications for meds ready for refills or bothers to call when my auto refills are ready. I just need my prescriptions refilled, that’s what a pharmacy does. The pharmacist here needs to learn how to hold her tongue. I am aware the pharmacy is always busy but I would like to receive my prescriptions from this pharmacy without an attitude. I have been with this pharmacy for years and the service has really declined since it became CVS. Poor customer service skills is probably one of many issues here. Will have to find a new pharmacy.

Ordered some pictures online, I put in 2 coupons which make them about $1 each. I bought 25 and was charged $26 on my credit card. After a week they cancelled my order without reason and wouldn't give me the coupons back. Horrible guest service

I was looking for a certain game for my kids and they didn't carry it, so the lady at the electronic department help me locate one. She was very nice and had great customer service skill.
